Urmi was really helpful in helping me move from Vodafone to VOXI

So far so good! Very helpful with online support! Recommend.

Urmi did an excellent job! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and provided clear and accurate information quickly. Highly recommend!

Great UK monthly rolling tariffs. No roaming at all without buying expensive add ons. When porting away from VOXI my number went dead early morning whereas my new network also with Vodafone not picking up until lunchtime. That's not supposed to be process. No signal for half a day

I had a person named Aura who helped me with a refund with a sim i activated and changed my number with my old sim and was very helpful and patient with me! Great service by that person even if it was by live text service

Agent did provide complete information when he submitted my number to move to Voxi … now I will be without service for 24-48 hours

If I could give zero stars here, I would. I bought a refurbished phone with PayPal credit’s assistance from Voxi, only to receive a faulty phone. I was told to send the phone back to Voxi and that provided all was well, I would receive my refund. Which I have done. Vodafone have emailed acknowledging that they have the phone and that it has been finalised on their side. The refund would be sent to PayPal. It has not. Neither company is willing to give me my refund. They keep saying that I need to contact the other company.
I cannot recommend either company to anyone. In fact I strongly advise against using them. It’s just theft. And because I’m one little individual, it’s easier to mess around than be honest and pay back the money.

No real issues with the coverage and service and it's cheap for what you get. Just really disappointed that there's still no included or decent prced international data plans. I have to buy e-sims every time I go abroad but I'd rather Voxi had decent plans so I didn't have to keep messing around I stalling the e-sims which can be a pain!

I switched around 8 months ago from EE to voxi because EE was charging me 28 pound each month just for data and was stucked in a 24 month contract. I switched to Voxi and its working fine providing me 70 gb in 10 pound + Social media browsing is free and will not cost the data. Highly recommend Love it

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a phone and sim only deal which was also to get a charger when bought before a certain date. This was not fulfilled by Voxi, so I tried to talk to Google to get it but after 1 hour 40 on the chat with Voxi they were unable to get me a proof of purchase, a very easy request. Directed back to Vodafone who had no record and I had no way back to Voxi again. Contract now cancelled with them as the service was so poor. Would absolutely not recommend (and still waiting for my charger).

Been using Voxi since I arrived in London for my studies for 3.5 years and the service has been great. Good coverage, good deals, and whenever I had any issues customer service always assisted well. Only issue I had was while cancelling as I returned back to Malaysia from my studies, I thought I cancelled my plan already but it turns out there's a whole process to cancel it that I couldn't do away from the UK. I contacted Voxi support to cancel it which they did no issues after, but I couldn't refund the 2 months I was billed after I supposedly cancelled. But that's partly my fault for not realising. But support did what they could

I ordered a refurbished phone from voxi, it arrived and it’s faulty! Was told it was a *like new iPhone * doesn’t turn on properly just flashes the apple logo and turns off again. Contacted the customer service live chat, poor service just told me to send the phone back, there won’t be a replacement or any compensation for the massive inconvenience.

Just get yourself a VOXI card, pay for a monthly tariff, and go abroad that’s when the problems start. Data simply doesn’t work outside the UK unless you buy a roaming booster. To buy that booster or even top up, you need internet access… which you don’t have. So you’re effectively locked out with no practical way to fix it.
I also noticed that after trying to leave, I was charged again for the next month the very next day. I didn’t remove the payment method in time, so I lost the money anyway. Cancelling is unnecessarily difficult and not clearly explained.
What makes it worse is the communication. On the same day, I received an email saying:
“Hello,
We’ve now opted you out of your VOXI plan but you can still use any extras you’ve paid for until they end.”
This is contradictory. You’re told you’re no longer on a plan, but at the same time that you can still use what you paid for. In practice, if services aren’t working properly, that “access” is meaningless.
From what I’ve seen, this isn’t an isolated issue. Many people report poor or very slow customer support, accounts getting restricted without clear explanation, and basic actions like topping up or managing the account not working when needed. The whole system feels overly dependent on having active data, which defeats the purpose when you’re already stuck without it.
Most people don’t care because it’s only £10-£12/month until they’re abroad and suddenly have no data. That’s when it becomes a real problem: you can’t book a taxi, check directions, or even arrange transport to the airport. At that point it’s not just inconvenient, it’s a serious failure.
Overall, it looks simple on the surface, but in practice it’s unreliable and frustrating especially if you travel or need quick, dependable service.

I’ve contacted Voxi by messaging back and forth. All issues are always solved and the team is very helpful. Always stress free interactions.

Signed up for a 30day esim as I only needed it for that - went to cancel - they started some stupidity about cancelling and charged me again. Done on purpose. Yet another company who likes ripping people off. 'staffed' by robots!
