Vivian as a customer service agent was great. Solved my issue very quickly and she was very courteous and polite. I am so pleased!

I bought a new S25 FE for a discounted price of £450 from Voxi, which was a great deal. However, DPD failed to deliver the phone (through no fault of my own). The money had already left my account via PayPal. I contacted voxi and was told to buy the same model again and I would be refunded the cost, even the phone had gone back up in price to £750 (I'd be refunded the full £750). 2 months have gone by now, I have spoken to at least 8 different people and they have all assured me I would have the money within 2 days of speaking to them.... this hasn't happened. I am currently £750 out of pocket. An utter shambles of a company.

in spite of paying for 60gb in my home country, have now had to spent the equivalent of 3 months money (£32) just to have 4 shitty GB of data in Turkey. which has now run out and a massive hassle that leaves me stranded. Will be changing companies as soon as I'm home. I hope the money was worth losing a customer over. Will be changing the contracts of all my family

A website that doesn't work combined with zero customer service meant I gave up with Voxi within a month of taking out a rolling contract. I'm not even sure I've cancelled my plan because trying to get a straight answer via webchat is virtually impossible.

I have been with VOXI for 6 months and my experience has been excellent. I'm paying only £12 for 100gb per month but hardly use this due to the unlimited data on Youtube and Netflix etc. Download speeds are around 300mb/s and I don't have any connectivity issues but I do live near a phone mast. Porting my number was easy. I definitely recommend them if you don't want to be in a contract.

The network itself works well. I had a second SIM with them pay as you go for work. I tried to cancel it and the website said because it isn't a contract i should just stop paying it and i won't have the service anymore. However they have then proceeded to take £40 in 4 payments each month for a SIM i no longer have. I tried to contact them with no joy at all the chat bot is no use. My bank has had to raise it. Be warned.

I don't know about all the bad reviews. Whenever I have to contact the customer support I get help very quick and whatever I need. I am Voxi customer since 2018 and very happy. Thanks to Urmi for the help setting up my voice mail pin from abroad - very friendly and quick!

I had a really great experience with VOXI customer service and wanted to highlight the amazing support I received from Agent Sajjad.
He spent around 1 hour and 30 minutes helping me sort everything out, and his patience and professionalism really stood out. He guided me through downloading and setting up my eSIM, helped me recover my account when I couldn’t remember my details, and also assisted me in renewing my plan after I had opted out.
Nothing felt rushed, and he made sure everything was fully working before ending the chat. Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had , really appreciate the support. Thanks again, Sajjad!all resolved with your support

There are no means to contact Voxi if something goes wrong. Ditto Vodafone. Voxi say they are online only, but then their online chatbot simply doesn't load. So actually the answer is: they're nothing -- no help whatsoever.

I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Voxi customer service.
Trying to speak to a customer agent is honestly ridiculous! you get passed between multiple agents, and each one asks you to confirm your details again and again. It took an entire day just to get a response, and even then it came from different agents with no clear resolution.
On top of that, I’ve paid for a full month of service, but the 5G hasn’t been working at all in my area (EN3). I raised this issue and asked for a refund, and instead of helping, they just keep asking me to reconfirm my details over and over.
This has been extremely frustrating and time consuming. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

Regular payments taken out great data deals. Should give more time to review payment options payments sometimes taken at stupid times early hours of morning so no option to renew or pay. Coverage great with freebies on social media

I get 0.3mpbs at my house. Drive less than five minutes away I get over 100. Tried to call to question outages, there are no humans remotely interested in picking up the phone and their web agent is literally worse than useless. Never paying voxi a penny again.

To be fair the unlimited social media and music is pretty useful and a good thing to have. Comparing the data usage from my mobile to on the website over the past week I can see it's definitely not deducted from the available usage.
The only downfall which is annoying is transferring from Vodafone to Voxi as their support is useless when the sim is not in your name even though you are named on the Vodafone account, have a PAC code and can do a one-time pin.

It was after multiple problems on my end, we ended up sorting it out which I am so thankful for because I tried multiple times

No app for managing my account and unable to log in to the voxi Web page to frequently, it's very frustrating I'm considering leaving voxi and returning to giffgaff
