If I could give them 0 stars I…

If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would. Waste of money. I should have known this was some kind of scam. I paid my money to then January 2022 and it's now August 2022 and not 1 rental. I've asked for my money back and get no reply. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!! Rent your timeshare yourself! I was told over the phone by 2 different people that I'd have the weeks rented in 30 days 60 at the most. Guess they meant months.

TOTAL SCAMMNMMMM

TOTAL SCAMMNMMMM ! To the point they blocked my phone number. In the beginning sales speech was wonderful lady said she’s been doing this for years.. blah blah. Spoke to a couple representative.. going into 6 months no sales whatsoever. $1,500 investment for nothing. Spoke to the manager and man wasn’t that a delicately. He was pretty much into his feelings instead of worry about the situation. Husband called back since the “manager” couldn’t speak to me. Said he would call on us July 11-15 regarding what they can offer us. HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM AT ALL!! I’ve called one every week for the last two week. They have a third party answering phones calls. Later to find out after being on hold for almost 30 mins. Lost signal called back. Guess what ?! They blocked my calls. I called from my nieces phone and MAGIC. They answered. Come on NOW. Still on the line 48 mins and counting. All the excuses in the world they going to put. I’m definitely working in getting the news and a lawyer involved. Also, calling my timeshare let them know about themselves too. If ya reading this have the so call “manager” to call me. I just want my money back and I’ll be on my way.

UPDATE.. line was disconnected “magically”. 2 hours later.

since theres no reply back. im STILL WAITING on the call. the third party service you guys use email several time. you will never see a call log. GET IT TOGETHER!! YA SHOULD BE ASHAME.

BIG TIME SCAM

This definitely is a scam. We signed up in December 2021. With all the promises of getting our weeks rented out. We have had 2 so called offers and we had to do all the work. We are so mad at ourselves for trusting these people. This will definitely never happen again. We have read the previous reviews and can understand how all these people got scammed. Everything seemed so legitimate but after this length of time we have written this off. The automated response from the illegitimate company is clearly a sign that we were all scammed. Getting the money back will be impossible. So we have written it off as a life lesson. NEVER TRUST VACATION SALES EVER AGAIN!!!!

No customer service from this company

I signed up for the program in October 2021 with lots of promises. I had one call about a possible rental, but when I called to book the week, there was nothing available at the chosen location, and that was the last I heard from this company. I've tried to reach them numerous times by phone - have left my name and number - and by email with no response. I feel like I was taken for a ride by a smooth talking sales person.

SCAM - They get your money and you never hear from them again

I was called one day in January 2020 about six bonus weeks I apparently had that hadn't been used in some time. They offered to advertise them and rent them out and an amount of those possible rentals I would get a certain amount of money depending on the offers they received. Sounded reasonable. I vaguely remembered having bonus weeks with my timeshare, and we weren't using it much, so it was kind of a no brainer. Paperwork signed, money paid (only $1,197 as that's all they could get me to agree to with no promise of anything coming back to me) and so I waited.

I did receive one email asking about certain dates and saying that I needed to call RCI to verify availability. That was not mentioned to me at all beforehand. The problem with this is that I no longer keep an RCI membership (and before VPM posts here and says I was specifically asked that, I WAS NOT, or I would have said NO) and couldn't get any availability information from them unless I renewed my membership that I hadn't had in over 6 years. I thought about it and called RCI to renew my membership. RCI said I needed to do that through the property I own with so that they two are linked. OK, so I call the property I own a timeshare through. After about 2 hours of being rerouted around the entire office I'm connected to someone that could pull my account information and tell me what the issue was. Come to find out, I no longer own a timeshare, and hadn't for at least 6 years. Something about a wrong address and a tax/upkeep payment that was missed. I never thought about this because it was paid off and I assumed my husband was handling it as the timeshare was his thing. Anyway, I got verification that the timeshare had been repossessed (if that's what they call it) and probably re-sold to someone else. Honestly, I don't care because we never used it but that's not the point.

Whatever list they work off of is OLD. This had been repossessed at least 6 years prior, maybe more (hard to get an exact date as it had been so long that our file had been archived and even our account number had been voided) and somehow they had information that I was a timeshare owner.

I tried calling my contact at VPM, Victor Tate, and received no response. Ok, I called again a week or so later, still no response. I called a third time today but to the general number, not the one Victor Tate gave me as his direct line, and it was answered by an answering service that took down my name and then put me on hold to connect me to VPM. Needless to say, no one ever answered and I was left on hold for hours. So I pull up the contract I signed. On the contract it states, "I understand and accept Vacation Property Management Services cancellation and refund policy as per contract and www vpm . services/Terms and Conditions." First of all, that webpage doesn't exist, which in and of itself, is contract fraud and makes any terms and conditions that the company may have outside of what is outline in the signed contract null and void because they are inaccessible. Second, the only part of the contract that I signed that has any mention of my responsibility to verify that I am CURRENTLY and owner or CURRENTLY a member of RCI is this, "IMPORTANT: Before signing this contract, you should carefully review your original timeshare purchase contract and other project documents to determine whether the developer has reserved as right of first refusal or other option to purchase your timeshare interest or to determine whether there are any restrictions or special conditions applicable to the resale or rental of your timeshare interest." My original timeshare purchase contract and any "project documents" do not show any reservations, restrictions, or special conditions that would be applicable to the resale or rental of my timeshare interest. So everything they told me to review beforehand was in order, it just turns out that I do not own a timeshare any longer.

Considering that this issue is basically just contract law and their contract is surprisingly thin, it won't be difficult to get my lawyer on board to challenge their flimsy contract in their home state of Florida. I'm assuming that when/if they produce the recordings of the phone call with me it will further complicate things for them as they DID NOT ASK ME IF I HAD AN RCI MEMBERSHIP and did not even ask me to verify any recent information regarding the property or my ownership as I wouldn't have been able to since I'M NOT AN OWNER ANYMORE. You'd think they would've checked the deed information before they call from whatever list they work off of but they obviously do not as there is no deed that shows me as an owner of any timeshare at all.

Need a lawyer that can work in any state? Look up Legal Shield (legalshield .com). I've used them for 5 things in 3 states in the last year. Efficient, professional and affordable

The only person that wins is VMP services

VPM services website states "Everybody Wins". This statement could not be further from the truth. VPM Services promises to rent your RCI weeks and pay you for them. The 3 "offers" I have been given have been already booked with only 1-2 weeks of notification. I fell for the VPM sales pitch. For the past 8 months, I have received nothing. I have reached out multiple times and have records of all the emails asking for offers or a refund but I have yet to receive any response. Don't fall for this scam as I did.

No response from the company. They need to offer a refund or send over offers.

***UPDATE 8/30*** They have yet to contact me.

The Saga Continues. This company is not to be trusted. On 8/31 I filed a complaint with the BBB and I encourage everyone that has had issues to do so.

VPM responded to my complaint - "Receive Business Response
We understand your concerns. Upon review of the account, we have continuously submitted offers to your email. In May, you contacted your bank which placed your account on hold. We informed you that until we receive notice from the bank, we are not able to submit offers. We will follow up with our bank for an update and will follow up with you."

My Response - "After several months of no correspondence from VPM Services, I did indeed challenge the charge on my Credit Card but the CC company sided with VPM Services and they have their payment. There is no reason why they are saying the account is on hold. As shown in the attachments I have reached out to VPM Services more than a dozen times to ask about an offer or a refund. The only time they correspond is a complaint or review is filed. Their last response to me was the following...

"We, at VPM, did NOT recharge your card. You contacted your Credit Card and we then submitted all documentation to the bank. They reviewed and sided in our favor due to the fact that services are being provided and they reissued the charge. We then took the hold off your account and are working on more offers. We will follow up with an update."

NOTE: In their statement, it clearly says "WE TOOK THER HOLD OFF YOUR ACCOUNT"

Now they are saying that there is a hold on the account.

Since May, they have not answered any emails, they have not sent over any offers, and they have not reached out once.

They responded to my review on the BBB.org site after noting their lack of response claiming a server error on 7/13.

"We will have IT check our email system, but unfortunately we have not received any incoming emails from you. We will have your account reviewed and we will follow up with an update."

I have attached a screenshot from the BBB site for validation."

We understand your concerns. Prior to signing the contract, you go through a verification department. During this call, they are required to ask you if you are a current member of RCI, in which you verified you were still an active member. This is a total scam

This is a total scam. Charged me $900 to rent out my timeshare property and never did anything to get it rented but put it on their website. Promised me that they would rent out all 6 weeks, but never heard back from them. When you call, they just give you the same pitch. Dont fall for this. They lie worse than the time share salesmen.

SCAM

This company promises to rent your RCI weeks to outside entities and pay you top dollar for them. I have been given a few "offers" but all of them have been dead-ends, the rooms they request are booked and availability in the whole area is ZERO. On my last attempt to confirm availability RCI informed me that this is a scam. Don't fall for it.

I see that VPM has responded to my review. They conveniently ignored the part where RCI has told me, point blank, that this is a scam. In fact, RCI informed me that it is against their terms and conditions to sell your weeks the way this company promises to do. If you were to sell your weeks this way your account is liable to be cancelled.

Don’t believe a word they say.

It has been more than three months and they guaranteed that my timeshare would be rented. They changed me 2300.00$ and I have not seen an offer as of yet. They did send me an offer ON SOMEONE ELSE’s property. Duhh
