Nice product and support was very helpful

Have used VPN Unlimited for several years and it is simple and immediate to use. Very useful for accessing eg bank websites on local wifi networks. I don't leave it on all the time - it takes just seconds to switch on or off.

I just had the first glitch ever and sent an email to their Customer Service at 7.30 pm in UK.

I had a response in 5 minutes after they had checked into my account. I followed their instructions and it was working again in a few more minutes.

Very happy with their product and service.

The VPN wouldn't connect properly and was very slow.

They don't provide a way to cancel and get a refund although that is their policy on the webportal to one's account.

Probably one of the worst VPN services I have tried.

Customer since 2020, very happy with service and consistency. Never had an issue, there was one day outage possibly early 2024 that I can think of.

it went down the next day ! - i bought it and then just after the payment - it was not there - as if it was a bug that made the subscription disappear - wow - you are using VPN to be protected and you feel very unsafe with it - lol - never use it

I've been using VPN Unlimited for several years now and I am frequently pleased. Speeds are good, and can be even better when you allow the software to choose the optimal server and VPN type. They also have numerous servers all around the world with a variety of VPN types. I especially like Wireguard.

I recently ran into a technical issue where OpenVPN stopped working on my router. I didn't know if it was from server upgraders or my router OS being updated. I contacted customer service, and at first they were unable to resolve the issue. I told them they did not need to pursue the matter and I was merely going to use their program on individual devices. I then received a follow-up email a day later stating they had resolved the issue. All it took was to delete one line in the OpenVPN config file.

I was ready to let the issue go, but apparently the customer service and engineering teams were not so easily defeated. I appreciate their effort and great customer service. I highly recommend VPN Unlimited!

I have been using Keepsolid VPN for more than 10 years and have found it to be stable, fast and secure whilst being easy to use. I recently had to change my email provider and was forced to migrate my Keepsolid account to the new ID, the software has support built-in and using this the Keepsolid team were able to migrate a very secure product to a new user ID, all without leaving the app.

This application is a SCAM. They make it unclear how to unsubscribe, customer service only per email, no information on how the team account works, slows down pc, difficult to uninstall. Be carefull SCAM - AVOID.

We had an issue adding users to our account and their support fixed it for us quickly. Great company, great service.

I've so many issues with this VPN. Connection frequently get disconnect and try reconnect very slow. Most IP spam and can't access some websites, I feel very frustrating day by day that using this VPN. If you guys have choices you guys should try other VPN services like Cyber ghost or other well known VPN service provider better than this one.

I have been dealing with this company and their VPN service for many years. I have a lifetime subscription with them. Every time I have a problem or just need answers on how to do something they ALWAYS help me in a timely manner. These folks really know their business and always go out of their way to get me up and running. I highly recommend using Keep Solid products and they have never let me down.

Great customer service, prompt response to requests. Sometimes VPN doesn't work properly, but in most cases it is a good app.

This VPN is absolute garbage, it has severs for bbc iplayer and uk TV that never work.
The optimal, wherevet I am in the world server cant even stream 480p on pornhub. I've had the lifetime vpn for around 5 years and it's always been the same

Vlad was very patient with me and was quite helpful in trying to solve my problem. Eventually rebooting my computer cleaned up the problem and all is working properly now.
