Quick, Expert, Supportive

A very cooperative support person, Vlad, was willing to close 2 devices when I was using all five. Now I have room to add my wife's computer to my account.

Consistent connections on both PC and mobile devices keep me safe wherever I go. Rarely get issues with their VPN service. And if I do find an issue, their superb customer support promptly addresses the problem.

I’ve been using this VPN service for years now and I’ve never had a problem. The service does what it’s supposed to and the customer support is responsive and helpful.

I purchased a Keepsolid, Liftime Monodefense all the way back on the 20th of January 2020. It has to be said that I'm largely pleased with my purchase-- the VPN works very well, and does well to protect the end users web traffic. However, were I feel things sometimes go a bit awry, is the password manager Passwarden. While still functional, there doesn't seem much room for the user to create usernames, and where autofill is concerned, it appears as though you need to save the username and passwords in two different places: the first, is the 'vault' where passwords are stored, and the second is where the username and password is stored for easy reference... It's no always like this I might add, but it is something I would like to see changed!

I've been using this service for a number of years as a lifetimer and had no problems.

There are many VPN companies out there and I have tried a few before I settled on VPN Unlimited by KeepSolid.
Few of us get into the settings often after our initial set-up. But over time, we change our devices and must alter our settings and preferences.
But because I don't do this often or regularly, it's easy to forget how.
This is where the Support Team comes in. I had a query about deleting a device I no longer had and realised I had forgotten how to navigate to the page and to make the change I needed.
Vlad answered my query quickly and could help me as soon as I explained my problem and sent him a screenshot.
This speedy response is rare these days. I am happy to recommend this VPN that has worked flawlessly ever since I signed up about four or five years ago.

One of the best apps you can use on all devices! I have been using for years and have a couple of the personal servers also and a team account for the whole family to use. And work side I also use the personal servers or static IP's to connect to firewalls with the static IP address!

Whenever I have had a problem, the support has been quick and helpful. Very happy with the performance of VPN Unlimited.

I recommend this Vpn. Tons of servers and very good price (if you know where to buy from). Their customer service is very good too. One recommendation: for Windows download the app from the Windows Store, avoid their standalone app.

I’ve used VPN Unlimited for around 3 years and it’s brilliant. Had my first issue today as I couldn’t find how to login to remove one of my 5 devices so that I could use it on another. I messaged online and got a really quick emailed response from Maria Polis who sent me a link and from there it was super easy. It’s never skipped a beat for me. Thanks UVPN team!!!

I have been using "KeepSolid VPN Unlimited" for more than 2 years. It performs as promised and is improving with every update. Today, I was unable to log in. I filed a complaint and got a prompt answer within minutes. I appreciate it.

Paid for a service that doesn't work. You can't use this VPN for streaming. It says it has "locations" for streaming services like Netflix and Prime but the players detect the VPN and block the videos. Depending on your bank, you may also get blocked trying to use this VPN while travelling. It's a scam product. I've left previous reviews like this and the developer responded telling me to contact customer support. When I contacted customer support they told me there's nothing they can do.

Excellent customer service and support. Very timely responses and very helpful staff. The products are worth every penny.
