I got an awesome deal from a website. I didn’t know about the company so I was pretty nervous in the beginning. I’ve been using it for 4 years, and from my experience, I would have got this app even if I didn’t get a deal. App is great, speeds are great and support is great. They respond quicker than my family or my friends. I recommend this app to everyone who is considering a VPN and not sure what to get.

Great customer support. Servers around the world. Not a noticeable degradation in browsing and streaming experience. Been using it for years and remain very happy.

My experience is that KeepSolid tries to respond to customers in a way to make things easier. All in all VPN Unlimited keeps improving.

Great interface, options to customize the service and excellent customer support if a problem occurs (in my case slow speeds with the new AT&T Air wireless internet).

Almost ten years, lifetime subscription, used others but no one has better help when I really need it. 

The vpn isn’t consistent. It slows the WiFi down an offers minimal US cities from Anguilla

I don’t usually use my VPN software & when it suddenly didn’t work when I needed it most, I contacted support.
Within minutes I was back up and running, they were extremely patient & thorough. And always responsive - every inquiry has gotten a response immediately.

So If you’re thinking of getting a VPN, please keep in mind that no matter how good their servers or software is, if you can’t get it to work for you? It’s useless.

Using this service on all my devices (6) for many years now, and never had any major issues with it. Yes, sometimes it takes a little time to connect and it has problems with UK streaming sites. However, there are workarounds for most problems, you only have to ask the customer service team. Whenever I contacted them I got a swift and helpful response. Other IT companies could learn from them.

To my astonishment, the service just became better and better, is updated regularly, and now is faster and more reliable than those that my friends use today. They were curteous, keen to help and communicated promptly. Just remember to keep that original email confirming registration :).
