I have purchased 3 pairs of lenses. Spot on with prescription. The only thing I didnt like they are hard to get in the frames and lenses are thick and hard to clean.

No return policy. Customer service offered another pair at a small discount. Never heard back from them after that. If you are looking for non-prescription lenses better to go on Amazon and find a better deal.

Not what I ordered.
The lenses are a great fit and swapping them while required a bit of force wasn't too bad. The prescription seems to very good. I am very disappointed by the fact that I ordered transition lenses and they don't go dark, even after contacting VR wave and them taking a long time to respond I just got fobbed off by them saying they change a little bit.
Their exact response was "As shown in the video, your lenses do exhibit a colour-changing effect, although it may not appear very pronounced. The intensity of the colour change depends on the strength of ultraviolet (UV) light the lenses are exposed to."
So unless you are ordering standard lenses, I would find a different company.

Photochromic lenses are activated by UV light, and the level of tint can vary depending on UV exposure (for example, they may not darken as much behind UV-blocking glass such as car windshields). That said, we completely understand how this may not have met your expectations.

Refusal to respect a clear refund request
Important warning: if they mess up your order, do not expect your money back easily. Keep this in mind before ordering from this company.
I was told my order would take 14–18 days. But it ended up taking almost a month to arrive. Communication with them was almost slim to none because they dont even read your emails.
When the lenses finally arrived, one of them was damaged. I contacted customer support immediately and clearly stated multiple times that I do not want a replacement. Waiting another month for new lenses is not acceptable to me, especially after the delay. I asked for a full refund instead and explained that I had already ordered lenses from another VR store.
Instead of processing the refund, they said they would send another pair, completely ignoring my emails where I clearly asked not to do that. It feels like they are trying to avoid giving a refund rather than actually resolving the issue.

Replacement lenses better than the original
Very good quality, super clear, and they even darken while driving a car in sunny weather! Very hard to install, though. Lenses fit in so tight, I was concerned I will break the frame. But the result made me forget about all the problems!

I am still waiting since Jan 7th to receive my order. Communication is horrible and only thru email. It has been with their shipping partner for 2 weeks and status is USPS is awaiting the package. Nobody can actually give a delivery time.

Terrible lenses for Meta glasses
The lenses for my meta raybans were grinded down so much that it let light through the lenses. Gaps all around, fitment sub par. Customer service is terrible. They pretty much told me this is a rare instance and that was it. No refund, no sending me lenses. Just suck it up. Weeks of email correspondence and they still will not do anything about it. DO NOT USE!

Wrong prescription with NO reaction from Customer Service
Ordered transition lenses for my RayBan Meta glasses. Correctly entered my prescription and uploaded a photo of my prescription I received at the Dr. office. Still received the wrong prescription...unreal...sent a message to customer service and have yet to receive a reply...a week later. Absolute shite service and basically $180 down the tubes for me. 1000% would not recommend. Spend the extra couple bucks to get the proper lenses. Save yourself the time, risk and money.
