Lenses didn’t fit the frame I had. Issue was never resolved. Horrible customer service. Not even a phone number to talk to someone or a no live chat. I spent close to $300 for nothing. Don’t ever but anything from this crooked people.

I received my lenses for Quest 3 and they had a slight defect. Contacted their customer service and I received an answer and a solution the next day. That is how customer service should work. It also is a great product. 100% happy with my purchase

Great Product, affordable price and reliable communication. Send a message, you get one right back. Does what it says and worth the price. Definitely value for money.

I ordered the progressive lenses for the Meta Ray Ban Gen 2 - they arrived quickly (they beat their estimate by several days), and were super easy to swap out - the video that they sent a QR code for was super helpful. The Rx is just right, and the price was a fraction of the cost of the "official" lenses - same quality, near as I can tell. **One thing to take note of, is that I had NO idea there were two sizes and I had the large size glasses... Make sure to order the correct size, which should go without saying so I'm sorry I typed all that.

My lenses arrived defective. I've reached out to customer service and still haven't heard anything back. The same day the were delivered was the same day I reported it. Now it's 2026 still waiting

Ordered Dec 6 and no tracking after 3 weeks. Customer service is extremely poor.

I placed my order 11/28/2025 and paid for expedited shipping. I saw nothing in terms of production or shipping. They worked so fast, it was delivered on 12/05/2025. They moved faster than their systems could keep up with notifications. I got the notifications for shipping and delivery a few hours after it had arrived and been installed in my headset. Absolutely flawless by the way. Couldn't be happier. My lens were made in China and shipped across the sea to my house in 7 days. I could not be happier.
Take the time to get your eyes checked if you're wearing a pair from more than a couple years ago. It makes a difference if your eyes have changed and you probably won't notice because we just adapt day to day. Again, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Placed an order for Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarers on 11/18; today is 12/7. Customer support takes 3-4 days to respond to my emails at the support email address (if they do), and they never answer the question, “When will you be manufacturing and shipping my lenses?”. Unfortunately, I think VR Wave is a scam, and at this juncture, I have no other choice but to dispute the credit card charge, as I have no reason to believe this is a legitimate business.

Shipping was horrible and when I contacted support no one answered, the lenses were good but the service is abysmal

VR Wave Metaquest 3 magnetic prescription lenses.
Just received my today and the frames that supossedly clip onto the Metaquest 3 are a really crap fit & no amount of twisting seems to make them any better.
If you look at them they are simply the wrong shape!! Avoid, not good quality & poor design

I ordered blank lenses to protect my Pimax Crystal Super VR headset. After they finally arrived, I discovered they were completely incompatible and couldn't be attached to the VR headset in any way. They also looked different from the picture shown in the order. I then corresponded with support several times via email, and they promised to forward the issue to the technical department. All my subsequent emails went unanswered. So, two months after receiving the lenses, I'm stuck with the wrong product and no solution.
It's a shame you can't give zero stars in the review. I've now ordered similar lenses from another manufacturer and received them without any problems; they fit perfectly.
