We leveren snel en over retourneren doen we niet moeilijk. Als je je binnen 90 dagen bedenkt, vinden we ‘daarom’ een prima reden om je tent terug te sturen. Daarin ‘wandelen' we je graag tegemoet. Bij Vrijbuiter hopen we je te inspireren om samen lekker naar buiten te gaan. We zien jullie dan ook graag op de camping, tijdens die avontuurlijke trekking of bovenaan de piste. Compliments despite a small disappointment.
Unfortunately, one of the two items I ordered was delivered in the wrong colour. It has to be said however that the whole process including the return of the one item was handled very well. Products were good quality, well packed,and quickly delivered (within 2 days). The prepaid amount of the returned item was also promptly returned to my bank account.
I'd say that one is in good hands dealing with this webshop.

Never ever again
Never ever again! I waited 3 weeks for a BBQ that was promised to be delivered in 2-3 days. You never received any discount or an special offer. I did not even receive the item I ordered. Customer service with a rude and very poor attitude. If there was zero stars or minus that would be the accurate rating. Never ever again!!!
