Bezoek onze webshop of kom langs in onze kampeerwinkels in Gouda en Zaandam. Die hebben we zo ingericht, dat je voor je gevoel al even op vakantie bent. Bestel je liever in de webshop? We leveren snel en over retourneren doen we niet moeilijk. Als je je binnen 90 dagen bedenkt, vinden we ‘daarom’ een prima reden om je tent terug te sturen. Daarin ‘wandelen' we je graag tegemoet. Bij Vrijbuiter hopen we je te inspireren om samen lekker naar buiten te gaan. We zien jullie dan ook graag op de camping, tijdens die avontuurlijke trekking of bovenaan de piste. Maar ook op productniveau vinden we ‘samen’ heel belangrijk. Daarom vragen we je om een kritische review achter te laten nadat je een artikel hebt gekocht, of juist je blijdschap met ons te delen. Its a petty but I can not recommend this shop at all: No Service!!!!poor Information on the internetpages!!!
Hello,
The persons who are working at the shop are very friendly.And it seems to be the only shop, you can order de waard tents to germany via internet.
But I can not recommend the shop at all: We orderd a very expensive, heavy, big tent. ( de waard, paradjisvoegel). I never thought about , but in our holidays we recognized, it was not complete!!!!( and a small hole in the skin of the tent)- a nightmare with just 3/4 of a tent on a 4 weeks vacation. It took the shop 12 days to get us the complete tent ( and I just got a little bit of service and support the last 2 days) Also it took the whole vacation, a lot of support from us and our holidaytime to get the old part of the tent,( which we could not use because you always need a complete!! tentskin) to sent it back by spedition!There seems to be less of knowledge about the tents, the way they are sended and less professionality while there are problems. I think on the internetpages are failing specific information you need to know for the tents f.g. instructions/problems/parts/weight (f.g. de waard tents) Also I sended mails for compensation for damages and holiday, where I never got an answer since now....

Dass alles nicht so gelaufen ist wie es eigentlich sein müsste darüber sind wir uns schon einig.
Alles war nur möglich war haben wir getan um das Zelt rechtzeitig zu komplettieren.
In der zwischenzeit haben wir uns mehrfach gesprochen und haben uns vereinbart über Schadensersatz, Sie haben unser Angebot akzeptiert und ich hoffe dass Sie sich wohl dabei fühlen.
Wenn es irgendwelch Probleme gibt können Sie sich immer bei uns melden.
