Item shipped late and order cancellation ignored
Item was shipped over a week late, despite promising 24-48 hour working day delivery and no mention of christmas closures online. When it hadn't arrived I contacted them to cancel the order as I had left the country, but they still shipped it anyway after I had contacted them. I had already left the country when the item had shipped and the product was delivered to an address I didn't reside at.
VSdent eventually provided a refund but only when I had managed to persuade the person who now lives at the address the product was shipped to late to return the product for me
