I have been with this provider for 5 years (only 3 year contract signed), they keep putting me into a new contract and now wont divert my calls. I have just been called Stupid twice on the phone. Not acceptable.

As a small charity, we moved over to VS group last year after numerous issues over many years with our previous large-scale provider, and thankfully we have never looked back! In addition to a reduction in our overall telephone costs, the greatest benefit has been the excellent customer service received from the team - Louise, Georgia, Callum etc. are always very polite, helpful and available to resolve any queries/issues quickly and effectively, which is incomparable to our previous provider.

i work for a charity care company and we have our mobile phones with VS Group, i had a problem with my phone and contacted them, i spoke with Louise and she was really helpful, talked me through some options, rang me back when she said she would and finally decided to send me a new sim, Problem solved , thank you Louise.

My call was answered immediately by a human being! Callum was extremely helpful & sorted my problem out in a matter of minutes. Brilliant customer service!
They persuaded us to move to them said no issue to use our existing phone signed moved and then could use phone have to use webex which is really basic we have after over 2 years with them called it a day as better support elsewhere they then have told us we have to pay in full until August 2024 their small print beware of as they automatically put you into a new contract unless you give 90 days notice prior to the anniversary date of signing, you are never out of contract
Not the kind of company that I ever want to deal with again
