This product was not for me and I requested a refund. I expected a long drawn out process as is usual when you sign up for something via Instagram. I could be more wrong! Wonderful customer service. Not for me but I cannot fault the company!

Sent numerous emails about returning products. No response to any of them. Called several different numbers, only get a chatbot. Tried online chat and it tells you to send email. A circular response. Finally got a hold of someone to initiate return/refund. They received products back, still awaiting refund. Can take money very quickly but drag their feet getting it back to you. After reading reviews (lots of similar issues) and responses from company(canned response), steer clear. Snake oil being sold by a charlatan.

Originally I signed up for 3 month trial, thought amount was average for the basic product. Then they offered a metabolism review which I thought was interesting. Next was a phone call with a person who upsells you to a more formal program—made it sound amazing with fabulous results.
I then looked into this—and the only contact person I had was a fitness coach. I messaged her the next day that the program too expensive and wanted to end and get reimbursed
She never directed me to the correct person, and I kept emailing support @ vshred who kept saying not correct email.
Then 72 hours pass—their deadline for reimbursement! Finally a partial reimbursement offered—not what I wanted, but forced to reduce to 3 month membership as only option. They refinanced payments over 12 months??? Worked out to be 6 months of fees for sure.
Still fighting their process. I’m sure they do this deliberately by stalling for 72 hours. There is no contract so might just block payment from my calculations after 3 months of fees.

At the beginning I thought I found what I needed I was losing weight but after a few months weight slowly kept coming back until I’m at the exact weight I was when I started. I originally signed up for 3 month program at the end of the 3 moths I found myself in a high pressure sales pitch on how if I didn’t continue my program I wouldn’t see lasting results I felt very pressured to continue and even tho it was going to cost me thousands more I decided my health was worth it. Now I am a single mom of two and I made it clear I did not have money to throw away but that’s ultimately what I did. After I signed up to extend my program my “coaching” seemed to be uninterested and not personal. I received several messages with the caption insert name here or with someone else name completely so I knew I was not getting “personalized” but mass messages it was very hard to want to stay in contact with my “coach” after these messages. I continued to follow the program worked out every day with the workouts given followed the diet plan and no lasting results! Do not waste your money on this program especially if you are a women over the age of 40 our bodies do not respond the same as a 20-30 year old, all this program does is restrict your diet while having you workout harder which will work at first until your body shuts down from under eating while over training. I spent thousands on this program and there is no refunds because the plan is “customized” which it clearly wasn’t.

Total scam & they spam you hard with emails. Then next thing you know there is a $1K or more charge on your card. There is NO ONE you can contact by phone & only bots on their site. The so called coaches also bots. In dispute now over the mystery charge.

I started my journey with vshred. In 18 months I lost 120 lbs. I started at 250 lbs. I'm still not done thou. Now its time tone everything up. Its the only other program that I've been successful with. Keto works good with this program as well in the beginning. I like the meals Id actually eat it. I'm ready to finish my transformation with VShred. I have 2 pics to show u. One when i was 250. Another where I am now at 135. I can't wait to see the final transformation.

Not great had a lot of trouble signing up then the phone call was not helpful at all still have not received my assessment. Keep getting the email that I have not signed up

I had my first consultation set for today. I even had a reminder. No one showed up on google meet. I have emailed customer service several times throughout the with no response. I’m sure the program works but their cs sucks! I’m very disappointed. They are all marketing no human care.

I like the app, and the overall concept of the program, but it has underdelivered for the cost. High turn over of couches and the success team. Lack of consistence from one couch to another. I have gone months without my supplements arriving. I have been dealing with recovery from a severed Achillies and don’t feel like that is being understood. I think some of that is because of generated messages, that are not having the right effect with the circumstances I’m in.

I had to cancel my plan before it got started reached out multiple times email and text advising them I needed to cancel all I received back via text was a check symbol. They since took the first installment now I have to fight to get it back. This is a sales organization since signing up for just their online service I received email after email of up selling.

Used the Vshred program 2xs. Great experiences both times. Coaches are with you step by step to help. Quick responses to questions, help needed. I am proof it works. I lost 31 lbs and 32 inches using their program. I used the diet and excercise alone, not the supplements they suggested. Very pleased.

This is a multi marketing product that simply doesn’t work, i eat healthy and i have done every diet under the sun from vegan to carnivore. I hit a plateau so i thought i would try it. Still ate healthy, still worked out the same, no alcohol, no sugar and it did absolutely nothing. No change in test levels, no change in mood or weight

I ordered burn- and even tho all my spidey senses kept telling me to back out I forged forward. After nearly an hour of incessant and ridiculous upgrade videos I finally got to the complete order screen. No where- does it tell you that you have to go to a fully different website- sculpnation.com to track orders. I never received any email confirmations of my order or tracking info- just bombarded with dozens of daily emails trying to upsell products. I opened a dispute for the charges with my cc company. Supposedly the burn product was delivered but it says to a PO Box- of which I've literally never owned a PO Box in my entire lifetime. The whole company is a sham scam and I'd warn everyone against doing business with this scheister.

I had a few questions about my order and used the website's online chat feature. I was impressed at the speed of the response I received from the AI assistant to my questions. When I had a more comprehensive question, I was connected with a live Agent, Juan. Juan anticipated some of the information I would ask for and proactively provided it before I even had a chance to type the questions! The engagement was very timely, polite, and insightful (with regard to anticipating and proactively providing answers to questions I hadn't even asked yet!) Great experience! I am looking forward to starting the program!

No response from customer service, this program they sell now actually give you nothing.
You have to build your own menu manually, the app doesn't support you.
They have option, you can choose write it down elsewhere, calculate the calories to fit your need manually of course, build upon it your grocery shopping also manually.
I can do better with ai no need some pages to read as if it is a book.
Nothing is really given and they do not respond for refund.
Be aware!!!

I was misled that this was a monthly subscription, not a single purchase. I emailed immediately to cancel further purchases. No response. I had to wait until the next month to cancel.

I wish I had the courage to say No to the VIP coaching program. It was a trap for sure, and then there was a crazy amount of pressure to spend Thousands more to extend the plan. I became very injured due to an accident, and there was still so much pressure to extend my plan. I'm still paying the bill and have a lot more to go. My coach got laid off right before the end of my plan, I bonded with her. Just a sad situation.
