The whole 'plan' is really not worth it
The recipes are a joke. Chicken, mince chicken, mince turkey with an occasional steak. The fact that one of the recipes is a egg salad sandwich or maybe it was erm......chicken
The whole, "you'll get recipes, shopping lists, alternatives, information on what to eat an when to eat"
I swear i was so excited when I watched your video as it did actually make sense but what I recieved was poor quality. Nothing new, nothing exciting and straight off the bat when 1st clicked on, you offered a 'free' metabolic test etc, etc but oh, surprise surprise, you want money. You give us an answer but only if we pay more and more
I can go on YouTube and watch meridith videos for free

I have seen zero improvement. I. Feel like I've run $$ through the shredder while ingesting your plastic pills.

Stay away. Total scam. Once you pay for the program it is only for 5 days unless you pay another fee $47. When watching the videos that drag on so you can sign up and pay. Do not hit the back button if hearing about supplements. I realized I accidently ordered 6 bottles of burn and cancelled them. It does state do not hit back button but it isn't easily seen. They also sent me and additional 9 bottles that I had to return and offered me 25% off hoping I would keep them. I didn't. Very shady business practice. Between the program and Burn supplement they billed me over $400 before I even opened the program. I think they're hoping people will be lazy and just not return the supplements. DO NOT PUCHASE. TOTAL SCAM. I never write reviews.

Been trying to get a hold of someone to cancel my subscription and get a refund. Can’t find anywhere to get answers, coach finally answered me and said my stuff was uploaded but nothing shows!

I purchased TestBoostMax, 3 years ago roughly...
Had some health issues so I backed away from everything to get focused.... placed a order in January of this year,to find out it was goofed up by a technicality.. when I did receive the product it was totally different from the original one purchased which worked great for me... this product #1-TestBoostMax 2.0 is less capsules...#2- less mg on a few ingredients...#3- about two ingredients are missing..
Another Question? What happened to the original..
And Why is it lesser in strength?

Very shady company watch your bank statements they are a fraud. If your bank flags a status is correct.

I had high expectations when signing up for VShred, given HOW MUCH this type of program cost, and given the strong marketing presence and promises of personalized programming. While the platform is visually appealing and easy to access, my overall experience did not fully align with what was advertised, especially with the out of date and lacking app.

One of my main concerns was the level of personalization. The program felt more standardized than tailored, despite completing detailed intake information. For a service positioned as customized, I expected more individualized adjustments based on progress, feedback, or specific goals.

I also found the upselling process to be more aggressive than anticipated. After the initial purchase, there were multiple additional offers for supplements and upgraded services. While additional resources are understandable, the frequency and presentation felt more sales-driven than support-driven.

Customer service was responsive at times, but resolution of more detailed questions or concerns required persistence. Billing policies and subscription terms were not as transparent as I would have preferred, even unethical, and I would encourage prospective customers to review the fine print carefully before enrolling.

Overall, VShred may be a fit for individuals who are self-motivated and comfortable navigating structured programs independently, and those who have an endless supply of funds. However, those seeking highly customized coaching and consistent one-on-one guidance may want to clarify expectations before committing, especially if you're on a budget.

I've been taking 3 caps once a day for 30 days and can not tell any difference

If I could give one star, I would. I had a terrible experience with this company. I attempted to get my money back per their 60 day money back guarantee, however they made it clear that this would be next to impossible. Despite my canceled subscription, I would have to contact Google Play via phone number to even begin to receive a refund. I will never use this company's services again, and I would NOT recommend this program to ANYONE.

I had re-ordered a product and somehow the system glitched and my order didn’t go completely through. I reached out to support and they took care of the issue and resolved it immediately. They are wonderful people and always willing to help.

Vshred people are encouraging and positive. Matt has given me my first months menu. I am currently looking for a number two but I’m sure it’s coming.

The first few months were great. I purchased a ’12’ month program of supplements and coaching. In reality you are getting 3 months of supplements along with coaching. After the supplements were done (after the 3rd month) the ‘rest’ of the membership is coaching. In my case there was nothing really tailored/altered to my needs or circumstances. A lot of pressure to buy more at the end of the first three months. The coach that was trying to get me to buy more was asking why my program wasn’t tailored - Good question.

Im about to cancel my subscription. What was the point of completing all the questions about me and my health if they are ignored? I am a coeliac. My "diet menu" was just a collection of recipes and calorie counting that I could have printed out from any social media. Oh, there was one sentence that read "If you are a coeliac then just substitute gf products" What was the point of calorie counting? And you need to weigh everythiing.
