Their customer service is really great! I purchased their services and then got pretty sick so that I could not really use them. I thought I would loose my money as I had missed the 30-day trial period to cancel the service. I like the coach I am working with, she is helping me customize my meal plans. I have had systems issues that were annoying. I could not get access to my custom meal plan via the app or the website.

Very frustrated with this program. You buy one program with a meal plan and when speaking to the person doing the metabolic assessment,
They really push you to purchase and upgrade to get results I needed. Was talked into the $379 program
I was promised many things. I expressed my age and need someone to help with more the older women. I don't have difficulty with exercise it was more diet and specific for post menopause. I was told I would receive a more "seasoned" coach I had received email from one coach ( which was very young ) then passed to another so there was not consistency . Their emails are not personal relating to your personal goals and very cut and paste approach.
I have emailed 3 times and tried to call the number provided being told by an automated message that they don't handle any customer service related inquiries

Having many problems with the autoship of the Burn capsules. The first order came rather quickly. They billed my card for the 2nd autoship on August 19th- after 2 weeks and no product I contacted them. They said there was a technical glitch with my order and would resend but it has been 2 weeks and no product. The tracking gives little info- initially said it would arrive 9/8 but still no product. I have now cancelled my auto-ship as I don’t want them to keep billing my card and no product. I have also been off of the product for 3 weeks now- not sure I see any difference or that it worked anyway. I think their supplement system is not run well. The exercise videos were good.
Just an update to my review. I cancelled the autoship due to all of the issues and had an email confirming my cancellation in early September and was billed to my credit card again on 10/4. I have contacted them and they acknowledged that I had cancelled and they said they would issue a refund- will watch for it. I went into my account with them and cannot find a way to remove my credit card. I will probably contact my bank and cancel that card and get a replacement as I do not trust them to stop billing my card.

An absolute rip off. $400 for a plan and a coach and I got an eating plan that I could have found on line for free. This was July 22. After complaining that I never heard from a coach, I received a $57 refund. Finally on Sept. 8, someone sent me an email as my "coach" and needed more info from me. Their "terms and conditions" really mean - once we get your money, you're on your own and we will not refund or give you what you paid for.

Getting in a program is easier than getting out even when wanting to cancel the very next morning. I had an issue with Terms and Conditions. But I have contacted support several times last two days only to be met with automated or AI response. Still no real person. Still no resolution.
09-12-2025: Finally received an email with link to fill out form for Refund or Cancellation of Program. Waiting for reply. (Up to three days for a Reply)
This has been a taxing experience for this day and age of communication which is so instantaneous.
Tips:
When you say you will respond in 24 hrs - Respond in 24 hrs.
Will update again when I receive resolution response.

I contacted customer service about a promo I saw an hour after my first purchase. They rectified the issue without making me cancel and reorder and were extremely quick in responding. Awesome job!!! Really excited to try these supplements!!

Joined, got basic program. Every time I spoke with someone I was encouraged by upselling. Did not fall for it. Was promised metabolic resistance comments and why not losing as fast. I was there but THEY cancelled x2 on me. First one person never responded, I called, he was too busy. 2nd time just got message, it’s cancelled, no reason. Phone calls are from machines, not people. Keep telling “we’ll fix”. Never happens. Don’t fall for their malarkey

I thought i would get much more personal interaction. I got a meal menu that you just repeat over and over. Quite boring and not all that appealing. I cant say I feel like I've gotten any value for the money spent. I easily could go on line to get a weeks worth of meals. I am not impressed with this program and feel more than a bit like I've been swindled out of a lot of money I could not really afford. I could have used that money to buy healthy groceries. I feel like the menu and supplements are designed for someone who has an unlimited amount of money to burn. The supplements alone are as much as my entire grocery budget. There is no way I can take all the reccomended powders and pills and buy all the groceries. I don't even feel like the menu is that great. It has deli meat which everything I've read says it is terrible for you. There arent a lot of vegetables in the menu. All in all I wouldn't recommend this program.
I did reach out to say I didn't feel this program was what I thought it was supposed to be and not really what I thought i was getting. They reduced my plan time from which did take the fee down somewhat but they didn't allow a refund. I reached out about the meals and was told to check the substitute Bible, there was no change or revision of the meal plans. As stated. The program hasnt been quite what I thought and I wouldn't recommend it to older people.

The first program I followed with VSHRED was the 30 day MOVE program. I absolutely loved that program. Then I purchased the ‘Toned in 90 days program’ and while I still like the follow along workouts, a lot of them are repeats. With MOVE, I always looked forward to seeing what exercises and things I would be doing different. But with ‘toned in 90 days’ I already know them all, and the exercises aren’t switched up enough, they are too repetitive. And because of that, I’m not seeing the results near as much as I was seeing with the ‘MOVE’ program, even though I have my intensity really really high, like doing 2 or more for his 1. I’m just not feeling or seeing the results as much as I was seeing them with ‘MOVE’.

Let me be crystal clear: CANCELLATION IS NOT AN OPTION with this company, no matter what they tell you.
I followed their exact procedure and had a direct telephone conversation with one of their representatives to cancel my subscription. I was assured the account was closed and that there would be no further charges. That was a blatant lie.
For MONTHS following my confirmed cancellation, V Shred continued to illegally withdraw payments from my account. This isn't an oversight; it's outright theft. When I discovered the unauthorized charges and attempted to contact their so-called "Customer Service" to rectify the situation, I was met with a wall of silence. They are now completely unresponsive. They took my money, ignored my direct request to stop, and now refuse to even acknowledge my existence.
This company's business model feels predatory. They lure you in, make it impossible to leave, and continue to drain your bank account long after you've tried to cut ties. They are banking on you not noticing or giving up out of sheer frustration.
Do not walk, RUN away from V Shred. Save yourself the immense financial and emotional distress. Their customer service is a ghost, and their cancellation policy is a facade. This has been one of the worst consumer experiences of my life.

When I signed up for coaching, I actually talked to a person (living and breathing). A connection was made.
Any material they send me was thru the app and I could not print anything. I reached out to my coach and let her know about this problem. Also that I am old school and this online coaching is not working. All I receive are e-mails that everyone gets (form letter). Nothing personal.
