Payment issues and refund needed

Trying to contact someone to get a refund is a challenge. I was dumb and talked into the 6 month program, I then did the loan and can not use my credit card to make a payment and don’t have the means to use my main bank account do to personal reasons. It feels impossible to get ahold of the right person to get my refund started. The meal plans are not for me at all. Some of the exercises I am unable to do since I don’t have the required equipment for it which I did mention to the coach but nothing changed.

The Plan works, the weight disappears

The exercise plan and meal plan work! I’ve tried other options and this truly works. Follow the plan, don’t deviate and let go of the weight. Your coach is there for you to encourage and guide you. The weight loss isn’t instantaneous, so be patient with yourself.

STAY VERY FAR AWAY

I don't know where to begin... I needed to change my email and that was an act of congress, I didn't get refunded what I was told would get refunded, my physical disability was mentioned and recorded on video several times and yet no account for this was taken into consideration, I felt left in the dark with nothing more than follow this meal plan and workout schedule when no proper meeting to discuss my particular needs was ever done thoroughly, my first meeting with a coach automatically just shut off on me because apparently they limit the time and there was no way in heck that a 20 minute conversation was suffiecient to establish, adjust, or alter my meal plan or my workout schedule, and even during the meeting with the coach he told me I had to pay more money to have a customized program to take into account what I clearly stated in the very beginning. This system may be great for perfectly healthy people but not anyone else and definitely not for me. STAY VERY FAR AWAY. Oh yeah, and now I have to get a lawyer involved to get my money back because after several times stating this program failed me miserably to multiple people and all they could do was keep telling me after all the BS then they would find a way to make this program work for me. This company is a mess and waste of time and money.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. First off their videos that trap you with no way to skip should be the first red flag. 2nd their 90 day money back guarantee, is laughable, good luck if you ever want a refund for a product that does not work. 3rd, their “custom diet plan is laughable. You get 7 days of recipes to repeat over and over. You never get your metabolic score and the app will forever push the quiz. You fill out a paper with food you like and don’t like and your “coach” will 100% never ever look at it. If you want to be set up for disappointment, this is the program for you!

It was not what I expected from day one…

It was not what I expected from day one I sent a message asking for a refund. Didn't get anything $60 down the toilet. The video acted like you would get specific things on how to lose weight with the menu. Meanwhile the menu was not anything fantastic it never changed it was the same old stuff.

Don’t bother,

I purchased the 1mth trial and I did get all the add-ones advertised but the diet plan was useless. They aren’t able to cater for the UK market, certain foods like tilapia aren’t available. The plan is illogical, 1 recipe said to use 1/8 of an egg! If your going out of away from home a strict diet plan isn’t ideal. It doesn’t give you flexibility to stay on plan. I initially thought I’d lost weight but hadn’t at all the scales were wrong.

Update from below: I contacted support and they've asked me to purchase another plan. The plan they couldn't do the first two times. 🙄🤔 Later in the day my whole purchase has been refunded. Thank you.

Signed up for VIP yesterday for 6…

Signed up for VIP yesterday for 6 months, after having a second to think about it, literally, last night I sent an email response stating I had reconsidered. I received a response from the salesman indicating he was sorry to hear that but email success email at vshred so I did, no response at all. Now it is Friday after noon and Monday will be 72 hours. I am very fearful that I'm being ignored on purpose. Be very careful.

If I could give a negative number, I would. This company is a scam. I clicked out of the upsell videos which clearly stated that “your purchase is not complete without watching” and I was charged multiple times. This company is a scam.

Absolutely a money grab

Absolutely a money grab. I paid money in order to have a short questionnaire sent to me and ends asking for more money to get program when lead to believe initial payment was for the program. If there was any value in their product would not be splitting the cost, and in such a shady way.

When I first joined I was very…

When I first joined I was very skeptical….but I called and got a person, who was extremely helpful. I started the plan and dropped 16 lbs in 3 months. Now I get that’s not a ton but the plan works if you follow and I plan on being a lifelong member.

What a hassle

I've never received so many emails. I actually didn't even do the program yet. I'm waiting until my subscription is over so I can get off the mailing list and do it in peace. And everything is so fake car salesman energy.

Also it's extremely difficult to cancel subscriptions. I hate companies like this.
