I have used VTS for many many years and despite being a fussy person they are always happy to help. Just designed my newest website and I cannot say how happy I am. The comments from my customers have been coming in all week. All in a great company to work with, thanks all at vts

We can't thank Mark and his team enough for all their help and effort in putting our business back to normal. It happened in just 24 hours, but we felt it was a such a long day that time seemed to have stopped. Mark and his team came to our rescue, and we had a happy ending to that terrible incident, whilst a great beginning with VTSDesign team.

We are running an online shop selling children's furniture. The worst nightmare for an online shop owner struck us - our website was attacked by hackers. We never thought this would happen to us, but it did. Panicking, worried, helpless, scared... We contacted our then hosting company, a quite well-known hosting provider. Although their IT responded to my initial support ticket fairly quickly, they went quiet after I raised several more questions, as it was 6pm on Wednesday and the IT support members on my ticket were off work.

We didn't know who we could talk to and no idea what we could do to get our online shop back to normal. Feeling helpless, I wrote a post in a business forum to ask other business owners for advice. A few business owners and IT professionals discussed the hacking, trying to identify the problem. Mark took our issue on, worked till 10pm and found out what indeed had happened.

The next day, VTSDesign team reproduced our website on their server to diagnose the problem. During the day, Mark called us several times to update us on developments and his findings. At 9pm, the website was fully recovered, everything was back to normal and it was configured in such a way that hackers were locked outside our shop. Just a few hours after the website was up and running, we started to receive several orders!

We don't know how to thank Mark and his team. They treat their clients' businesses as their business. The fact was, we were not even a VTSDesign client yet, when the team was working on our issue to help us out of the disaster! But they really care. Also, their IT experience and knowledge is so advanced that they saved our website from the hackers. Dedicated, professional and caring, this is VTSDesign team. Of course, now our website is hosted here, a place you can trust.

I have worked with VTS design now for over 4 years and Mark has always been on the end of the phone and very quick to respond our needs, not only in the design of our website but with hosting and email account services. VTS are a reliable and friendly service and even though I have never met Mark he is very patient and I completely trust him and VTS Design with our most valuable business resources, our website and email account. Nothing is ever a problem and they are very efficient. If I ever encounter a problem of feel a change is needed all I need to do is pick up the phone or write out an email and its solved within minutes. I have since been approached by many companies wanting to take on our website fobbing me of with technical jargon that I don't understand often wanting ££££. Mark has never done anything like that everything is explained in a manor that I understand and has always priced very fairly and always sticks to the price agreed before undertaking work.

We have worked with VTS design for a number of years now and host both of our websites with them - for our fishing lakes and our holiday cottage. Mark and the team look after us very well indeed. Mark is very helpful in supporting websites like our church's where we are not always very good at computer jargon or at keeping up to date!

On the few occassionals I have emailed Mark at VTS Designs, I always get a reply extremely quickly, and always helps sort out whatever my issue may be. I'd recommend and will possibly be using them for more services in the future as well as hosting our current website

My eshop website was hacked and I urgently needed help to restore it, luckily I found Mark and VTSDesign, they fixed the site for me and now we are back in business. They are friendly and professional and answer to any requests and deal with it very quickly. I would definitely recommend them!

Within hours of notifying VTSDesign by e-mail that the Avenue St Andrew’s United Reformed Church website had been corrupted they had restored it from backup. Great service.

Ive been with VTS Design for around 8 years now and havents had a single problem with them at all. Service is quick and of the highest standard. Problems are rectified within a couple of hours, but more often than not, is within a few minutes of me emailing customer service. I have no issues at all with this company. I wont be changing my provider at all.

I work for a large organisation, with lot's of IT chaps and after running a Forum, Admin only (not Site Admin), for nearly 11yrs as a hobby, I wanted to set up my own private Forum. I was recommended several cheap Hosting companies by my IT guys which, included Fasthost (who we were with), One.com and the usual suspects. However after a bit of research and lots of review reading, I was confused by the number of contradicary reviews. When I found VTS, they had blanket high scores, which to my sceptial mind may be a bit of a hoax, but nowhere on the internet did I find a bad report. So I called them, spoke to Mark and started to understand why. Not knowing about website/forum backgrounds i.e. what made them work, Mark talked me through it and set it all up.....Wow! Everything he said was spot on and everything that has happened since has been genuine. As it says in the Title! Thanks Mark
