The team at VTS provide excellent support services. They respond quickly to emails requesting help and always send clear simple instructions. It does not matter that I am on the other side of the globe to them - I receive excellent service during my working day. When there is an issue, such as my husband spilling a mug of tea over my lap top, VTS were there to get my business email account back up and running so that I remained in contact withy clients.

I found Mark to be very patient, providing detailed advice at each development stage. His willingness to make changes both during the process and at a later date illustrated his desire to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction, which in turn results in a quality product.

I have used VTS for the past few years... Purchasing domain names and hosting several sites. They are so easy to work with... Helpful, trustworthy with clear communication all the way, and that is why I have not bothered to shop around. Thumbs up.

I cannot speak highly enough of VTS design, Their commitment to our project was incredible. From day one they have been without doubt the best web design company we have worked with ( and we have had a site operational since the mid '90's ). Nothing is too much trouble, if there are any glitches or queries they are back onto us with a solution immediately. They took on our project with gusto and altough it turned out to be a bit of a monster in terms of size, their enthusiasm and commitment to get everything the way we wanted never once waivered. The end result for us is a fantastic new website built in a manner that is perfect for us. I cannot recommend this company enough, I wish we had found them sooner....
