Super bad service, the airline does not even know what they publish on their website, regarding corona.
Flight VY1914 AGP to CPH 29th June leaving at 2pm
Denmark DOES not require any negative test before boarding, and the airline send emails to the travelers to that effect no prior boarding test required, but when arriving at the check-in was told that test was needed, even they write it was not, called Denmark and was informed that no pre boarding test was necessary, told the check-in and showed them the email from the airline, but they insisted on test, which take more than 30 min for result, and Denmark don't require.
Totally unacceptable, badly organized, never use Vueling, even Ryan and Easy Jet much better organized.
Missed the flight, and so did many others.
Would never for the sake of it use them again.
Reservation DC1DVP paid, confirmation mail received, but now the reservation code on Vueling.com leads to....'MESSAGE ERROR'
Hi, I bought a flight on March 12th from my vueling account, ref: DC1DVP BCN-MXP 11 June/MXP-BCN 15 June. I needed to change the flight and when I went looking for the reservation on your website nothing appears but an 'error' message. It looks like the reservation does not exist in spite of having received a confirmation email on the day of the purchase and in spite of being able to show the purchase through my bank extract. I need to have my money back or the reservation confirmed, supposedly allowing me the right to amend the flight dates for free and/or to request a refund in flight credit corresponding to the money I paid to Vueling. I have contacted your numbers several time: no way to speak to an operator. Your chatbot is unfortunately not able to help and there is no contact email to reach for assistance. As if all this was not enough, I did write here yesterday and surprise! You cancelled my post!!! I need to send you proof of purchase and proof of payment asap: I have the right to be refunded or to be able to use my paid reservation. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Will look forward to receiving your feedback and a solution for a problem entirely created by Vueling, while I lost my money.

If you are afraid of Covid—> stay away.
Their seat logic is to pack everyone in the back, not allowed to change seat even though plane almost empty is what the speaker says in the plane, but the cabin personal also thought it was a pretty bad pattern so they were nice to me when I asked if I split our full row to one of the 30 ish free rows due to corona safety.
Prior to Seats, the check in was even Worse. No system, they are Slow, confused and try to merge different flight times which resulted in building up a huge line where they obviously didn’t know how to divide everyone. After almost 1 hour in line, they were running out of time for my flight since they took passengers to the later flight for the other destination. They then tried to speed up starting to take more passengers from the mixed line. People started go crazy, going ahead, passing people who had been waiting much longer than the people they started serving. I was at the airport 2 hours ahead, still it got very stressful!
So horrible, they obviously do not know how to handle a queue and the level of overall education seems low. Even into the plane they started building up a queue? How is it even possible?
I didn’t book this ticket, agency did. Will try not to fly with this again.
Vueling Airlines The Biggest Thieves
Vueling Airlines [SR_Number: 1-20168965324] - and [SR_Number: 1-20169085034]. They automated all their replies to just say that they apologize and they cannot refund you or help you in anyway. And that it's not their fault because of Covid. Well it's not our fault either, I paid 200euros for my flights and I didn't even ask for a refund, I asked to use that money for flights in the future and they gave me a voucher that expired. I paid for services that I am not getting, what's that called again? THEFT!!!

Numerous family members of mine booked to go to Spain for a wedding in June of 2020 as covid hit flights to Spain got cancelled. This company cancels flights then gives credit. This at first didn't seem to be an issue but as there website doesn't function and you cannot gain access to your account you are left in limbo as to what credit? I have been in communication with this company over the phone 10 times and I've lost count of how many emails have been sent.
They have gotten to the stage that they confirm they will give me a refund within 7 days of the 4th January, today is the 4th Feb one month later and still nothing.
There are numerous Facebook and social media pages dedicated to fighting this "company". Do yourself a favour AND NEVER USE VUELING.

I would not even give Vueling 1 star. I booked (in February before the pandemic) for 3 members of my family to travel to Spain in July with Vueling. I was informed via Lastminute.com 3 weeks before the flight that they had cancelled, I immediately applied for a refund. I heard nothing for 3 months despite speaking to lastminute.com. My family's return flt was also cancelled but that was with EasyJet and I have since received a full refund. After 3 months of waiting I heard from Vueling that I am not entitled to any compensation at all and they are closing my case. I have tried to email them back requesting they do not close my case and every time I get an automatic response saying I am not entitled to any compensation and they are closing my case. I know times are very hard for the airline industry but if other airlines can give compensation and answer queries why can't Vueling? I will never book with them again under any circumstances. I had to book my family on alternative flights which cost a great deal more money and now to not get any sort of compensation is extremely disappointing.

They have sent flight vouchers and when you try to get through to request cash refund its impossible. They are ignoring all email request for cash refund. They own thousands of people money. Will never use again and I strongly advise against using them

Worst airline I’ve ever flown with in my life! I thought Ryanair didn’t have the best customer service, but this company really is the worst. They don’t follow the law. If the flight is cancelled for Covid you will lose your money. Vueling don't refund! This airline does not follow the law. It does not pay compensation for flights delayed over 3 hours and lies about the reasons for delay. I flew with it from Rome to Paris on a gloriously sunny day ( across the whole of Europe) and despite being told the delay was due to technical issues, by the captain it kept sending me automated emails stating that weather conditions had caused the delay ( and would not pay compensation). I even attached weather reports from that day to show they were incorrect but did not get the 750 euros they owe me.

I recently took a flight from Barcelona to London with this airline.First of all they had somehow managed to overbook the flight so we had to wait.My luggage was misplaced and delivered the following day with the suitcase and some of the contents broken. The customer support team explained, as I did not report this at the airport and received a PIR number, I was not able to make a claim! I was very disappointed with service and support I received. Avoid at all cost if you value your belongings.

If I could I wouldn't even put one star, they lost my suitcase, they said 24 hours to wait it's been 4 days, nobody knows anything you cannot find anyone responsible enough, the calls which are the only way to contact them cost a fortune, on facebook, however, answers our queries gives me wrong websites, now they tell me that I have to wait 21 days, they will not compensate me as they originally claimed for my expenses due to not having my suitcase. Do not use this airline no matter how desperate you are, I will never make that mistake again.

What a shambles
What a shambles the last 24 hours have been. Flight got cancelled in Amsterdam, given no options or guidance, stuck on a plane to Barcelona and had a 7 hour lay over . Now a full 12 hours after I was supposed to be home I am now in Gatwick airport, when my car is in Luton. No taxis booked via vueling and little to no communication. Not good enough from a company of its size.

Happy Ending to Mission Impossible
I have a happy ending to a previously posted review entitled "Vueling Compensation = Mission Impossible". I was finally paid 250 euros owing to me after 8 months wait thanks to the persistence of a customer services employee (with French accent) called Bruno. He took the time to investigate my case and found an error in my bank account details. There was never any intention on Vueling´s part to stonewall me. It was simply an oversight that Bruno took the initiative to investigate. He deserves to receive recognition for solving what was really a minor problem but one which so many of his colleagues had brushed off.
