While there may be cheaper options available, when it comes to gym equipment, we are in the camp that cheap is almost always more expensive. Our 90-day risk-free return policy does not apply to commercial rubber flooring. Due to the nature of flooring products (custom cuts, installation variables, and handling requirements), all sales of commercial rubber flooring are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.

These guys are terrific to deal with!!! Bought all my home gym equipment from them and I couldn’t be more pleased. They are great at helping you with anything you need from sizes to ensamble. I had a few issues with some of the items being damaged during delivery and they happily helped me to sort it out. I will 100% recommend this business to anyone that wants great gym equipment and good customer service.

Awesome experience dealing with Justin and Vulcan Fitness. Prompt reply to my online inquiry, and pleased to have been able to visit the Banyo showroom to see up close the various rack options available and observe the high quality of equipment in person. Justin helped put together a package to suit our shed and we opted for the VULCAN Pro All-In-One Functional Trainer which was the best value for money in terms of meeting our requirements. I was able to purchase the VULCAN Commercial FID Bench 2.0 on the day and take it home that afternoon. Justin organised delivery to take place the next day. Communication was excellent, and I would strongly suggest anyone looking for fitness equipment to reach out to Justin and the team at Vulcan. Thanks so much guys!

First purchase with Vulcan
First purchase with Vulcan. The shipping experience was horrendous. Entirely not their fault and they had amazing communication the whole time which is all I needed, I know they can’t control what happens at the depot and knowing that Zeik and Dhil were following up and keeping in touch made a big difference. As for the product - I wanted an air bike and not to pay $2500 for the brand everyone knows. Their satisfaction guarantee gave me confidence to take a risk on essentially a “home brand” version of the type of equipment I wanted. If you’re tossing up buying a Vulcan air bike vs spending the extra money on a name brand in the hope you’ll get something better - don’t. This air bike is rock solid, commercial quality, has a 5 year warranty and is as good as anything on the market for an insane price during Black Friday, but even at full price is $1000 less than its competitor. I’m over 100kg and can thrash it confidently - nothing rocks or wiggles. I would buy from Vulcan again without hesitation.

Excellent customer service for depot delivery
I have ordered with Vulcan before but this time I wanted to try to have weight plates delivered to a nearby depot. The local delivery was so hard to deal with, thank goodness for good communication and customer service from Vulcan, I was able to finally pickup my plates. Thanks team at Vulcan!
