Our 90-day risk-free return policy does not apply to commercial rubber flooring. Due to the nature of flooring products (custom cuts, installation variables, and handling requirements), all sales of commercial rubber flooring are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Great value for money
Great business to deal with due to their good quality gear and competitive pricing. We wanted to add a few bits of gear to our home gym and are very happy with the squat rig we bought and then saw the great price in gym flooring and bought 40 square metres of it. Being a local business to Brisbane was also very ideal.

Poor shipping service
The product itself is great, however after paying almost $300AUD in shipping I was advised that I would need to pick it up myself from a warehouse instead of actually having it shipped to me like I was told.
*UPDATE*
After reading about my poor experience, a member of the Vulcan team personally reached out to me to see if there was a way to improve my experience with them, it was great to see their genuine care for customers like myself who have had a bad experience. It definitely improved my overall opinion

Home gym power cage & Olympic bar/bumper set
The team at Vulcan were very helpful & responsive answering my questions prior to purchasing their equipment.
Once purchase was made, I opted for pick-up and the team were again very helpful with loading in to my car.
Assembly instructions were relatively easy to follow.

Great gear, love the web site
Excellent website. I purchased some equipment from their Brisbane factory. After checking out several places, I found their products to be top-notch and have been very satisfied with them. I encountered a minor issue, and they resolved it immediately. There's still some equipment I need, and I'll gladly return there for more.

The best 32KG Adjustable Dumbbells in Australia?!
Absolutely love the build quality of the Vulcan 32KG adjustable dumbbells. Easy to adjust, super solid and they appear indestructible. Can't roll over due to square design. I have other adjustable dumbbells which have plastic parts and plates can stick when adjusting, I noticed many of types with dials on marketplace with defects especially above 20KG.
These will last a lifetime. I will come back for any add-ons to this range and very happy with the service from the guys at Vulcan.
