Vuori advertises customer service hours for phone support. HOWEVER when you call they basically say they don't have phone support - leave a message - and there is no commitment as to when they will reply (if ever)
Same for email support.
They advertise Chat support but there is no Chat link /url to be found.
Vuori clothing tag
I have been ordering from Vuori for a few years. Their clothing is very well made, very unique styles and cool colors. The only question that I have is what is with their inside tags on their shorts and pants? It's long and the only purpose it seems to have is to get stuck in your Crack. Why would a company that makes such cool and well made clothes have such a ridiculous tag?

Vuori makes good products but lately they have no phones for weeks "while the enhance the customer experience" which is beyond me why it takes over a month do do. Meanwhile, they expect customers to do all the legwork because it they don't respond to texts in a timely manner. I had to send something back and and as a long standing customer who has spent thousands with them I asked for a replacement. they denied me. The day they got it back they gave me a store credit, but given the size was off I got a smaller one which via text someone said was wrong. SO i asked to change it, as it was in within the hour. "oh we can't do that." I was shocked, just send it back. and we will issue a refund." well it takes 2 weeks and they have held onto my money for a month because of the lack of phones, and random responses via text. I said I was going to have to leave a review of this experience, "oh we can see what we can do." I almost held off, but that means they chose not to do anything which is beyond me. They are sustainable, and a quality product, just not sure why hating on the customers

No surprise they have horrible customer service! How do u charge 100$ for a pair of sweats & get away with this stuff! I sure hope I get my outfit soon (been 3 weeks) & I live in LA! Shoulda just drove to the Venice store. Never order from them online.
Absolute worst customer service.
They have the absolute worst customer service. I have been trying to return something for over a week and no one gets back to you. The phone number routes you to an email and no one ever answers you. If you think you may need to return something, think twice.

Worst service ever
Worst service ever. I ordered a birthday gift for my sister’s birthday. It took them 3 weeks to even ship the item, provided an incorrect tracking number for an item they hadn’t even shipped. Then, I via tracking, was told a signature was required and it was being returned because it wasn’t signed for. I emailed. No reply. And the kicker is they tell you not to email multiple times or you will be moved to the back of the line. So basically, they don’t have to answer you and then if you try again you are penalized. Same with calling. You are immediately connected to a voicemail. They explain they are trying a new customer service experience and that you need to email them. You can leave a voicemail but nobody calls you back. There is NO option to speak directly with someone. Just bear in mind if you choose to order from this company they will ship your items whenever they feel like it and any attempt to find out where your purchase is will result in frustration. God forbid you actually have an issue with what you purchased. Good luck getting anyone to speak to about it. I will never order from this company again just based on the fact they make themselves inaccessible to customers.

Order Processing for 20 Days & No Cust. Support
This clothing company has the worst customer service imaginable. I placed an order for two pairs of pants 20 days ago. I receive one pair, and the other has been "processing" for 20 days. Customer service doesn't pick up, and they don't reply to emails (I sent two). If you want to actually RECEIVE your clothes, don't order from Vuori.
Non U.S. buyers beware of the return policy
Buyer beware if you live outside the U.S. Despite their well-publicised “free return” policy, this is very difficult to arrange if you don’t live in the U.S.
In Australia, you can deliver the item to a location in Melbourne or Sydney and that’s it! For me, that would involve a 160km round trip. Clearly not feasible so on the advice of Vuori, my only option was to pay $27AUD to post it back. Nowhere was this policy publicised.
NOT HAPPY!
For the third time I didn’t get my order!
For the third time, I have ordered from Vuori during their sale and later had my order cancelled because they “ had a mismatch in our inventory that allowed customers to purchase Sale Items that were Out of Stock”. And in return for my discount of 50% off the sale item, Vuori offered me 20% off a full price item, essentially asking me to instead buy the same items in a different color for a lot more money because they messed up. Maybe understandable the first time it happened in Nov 2021, not so much when it happened again in Jan 2022 and completely unacceptable for it to happen a 3rd time in July of 2023. The least Vuori could do was offer me the same item in a different color they actually have in stock at the same price they accepted an order from me at. Extremely poor customer service and highly unsatisfactory offer for their ongoing inventory tracking problem!

Terrible customer service. No clue where the online order is 2 weeks in. I disputed with the company. Don’t order from here if you want customer service. Queries go unresponsive..
2nd horrible experience with online…
2nd horrible experience with online ordering with Vuori. Shipping delays (out of their warehouse) are horrendous. Customer service is non existent because they can only basically tell you, only by text, you are stuck with your order even if they are backlogged. Trying to cancel an order after 8 days of it just sitting there in cyber space is impossible with no updates. If you don’t find it in a store, don’t order unless you can wait a month!
Super comfy and high quality athleisure
I have been wearing their shorts for probably two years and I absolutely love them. I’m on the taller side and they recently released a pair of shorts with a 9 inch inseam which fit me perfectly. I also love the shorts have lining so they’re super comfortable and working out or going on a run and you can wear them in a pool Which makes them very versatile. I haven’t had any issues washing them in the washing machine, but I do dry them on a rack in order to keep the performance up.

We love their clothes, quality and selection, as well as how they fit. Went to their brick and mortar in Venice, great customer service, the guy that helped us was very friendly and attentive.
Love Vuori products
Love Vuori products, I've been wearing them for probably 2 years now. If the price points were a little bit lower I would buy a bunch more, that's the only reason for the 4 star.

So disappointed to be told that vuori will not repair their products after a year. The waistband of their pants fell apart but they will not replace or repair after 6 months!!!
Their pants should last longer than 6 months!!!!
Super comfy, soft, and well made
We are obsessed with anything made from their dream knit fabric. It's the only thing that stays super soft even after many washings. Plus, their clothes fit very well and are flattering. I have the performance joggers, crop funnel neck tops, and some t-shirts. They've become our favorite brand of clothing due to their extreme comfort and well made pieces.
