No opportunity to use promotional code

I was shopping for Cetroben cream. I put 2 x 500ml @ £9.99 into the shopping basket, £3.49 was added for postage. I didn't proceed with the order. I subsequently received an email offering me free postage using a promotional code. When I revisited the site, there was no opportunity to input the promotional code to get free postage. Although the price for the product is good, I found the website to be awful.

Good company to deal with.

Ease of ordering from website. Prompt despatch and delivery. The medical items we ordered, as described on site, also value for money. Have used company twice, would use again.well done Vyne

Poor delivery speed

Would love to give more than one star but I am still waiting for my order. Over 3 weeks since order was placed and still nothing.
Impossible to contact anyone.

Sorry to hear that you placed your order three weeks ago but still haven’t received anything. Rest assured, we will do our best to rectify this as quickly as we can.

I managed to locate the order you placed with us, which I can confirm was shipped the day after you ordered, on the 2nd March, by our warehouse team. However, after checking the Royal Mail tracking, it shows that the parcel reached their national hub on the 6th March, but there have been no updates since then. Because of this, it looks very likely that the parcel has unfortunately been lost. We apologise for this.

Catheter problem contact vyne

I needed help to secure my catheter.Had a look at vyne for some ideas,gave them a ring , loveley recepionist recomended another band i had not seen before.She gave me a free sample of both.
My agony is very much over a fantastic big thanks for your help, the very least i could do is write this review
