Ordered a tanning pool in May 2025. Never received it. Their excuse was due to high demand blah blah. I’ve requested a refund . Communications quit being returned.

I have been waiting for my delivery for 3 weeks now and I haven’t gotten a update about my order for a week now, and I’m still waiting, but there was nothing wrong with the website or anything just the delivery

We completely understand how frustrating long delivery times can be. I’ve checked your order and can confirm that it was shipped immediately after you placed it and, according to the DHL tracking, it was successfully delivered in Iceland on September 4th.
Unfortunately, the delay occurred during transit and was caused by the shipping carrier — we had no control over that part of the process. Still, we’re truly sorry that you had to wait so long.
