Don't confuse the blood pressure monitors sold by this company, labelled Omrocheck with those manufactured by Omron, a far more reputable company. The identical model can be bought cheaply from Amazon, sometimes going under a different name. But whatever, it is cheaply made and buyers should not believe the recommendations on Vystamed/health's site.stay well clear.

Very poor product wanted to return but told they dont accept returns.
Reading glasses were worse quality than a £5 pair from the supermarket, offered me £10 discount to keep them even though I paid over £30, took the £10 and threw them in the bin.
Wish I had seen the reviews here before purchase :(

Purchased a hip & leg support from Vystahealth assuming they were legit and received a receipt from Pay Pal who cancelled my order after reading the reviews but will take 15 days to credit my account.

Do not under any circumstances use this company, they are located in China and the glasses are cheap nasty things that can be bought at the chemist for five pounds. Asked to return the glasses and the offered a 15% refund and to keep the glasses. I refused and demanded a full refund, they then offered 30% and to keep the glasses again. I refused to accept this and wrote back demanding a full refund, but as I had used PayPal, I am going to ask them to cancel the sale and refund my money; they can withdraw direct from them. Also no return label and you have to pay to return the glasses, this is a criminal enterprise so don’t be taken in by them. You have been warned.

Glasses are not fit for purpose.
Customer Service is useless.
Refused 100% refund & expect customers to pay for the postage back to China.

Listen to the bad reviews. I paid $40 for a brace. It was flimsy, would not stay in place and was very poor quality. Their return policy is a difficult, costly joke. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered these miracle reading glasses in good faith, using the written instructions given. I hasten to add that there is no personal prescription involved merely a selection of 1,2,3 or 4 depending on the line of print you can read without glasses.
However, I was unable to read at all with the glasses so requested details of their return procedure as there was no information in the package.
I was offered a 15% refund and advised that I could keep the glasses and either give them to a family member, friend or donate them to charity.
This is disgusting as reading glasses are normally purchased by the elderly, which this company is ripping off by refusing a full refund.
I am awaiting a further reply from VystaHealth before taking further action.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering a back support. The item arrived after ten days and is rubbish - I don't think it looks anything like the on line picture and came with no paperwork including fitting instructions. No likelihood of returning it and not prepared to throw good money after bad.

Terrible company. Pretends to be from UK/US. Items come from China. Company refuse to give full refunds and insist you return the product to China. Bad products and terrible service. Do not use.

I ordered an omron blood pressure monitor from them. It took ages to arrive, had come from China with too much plastic packaging and when I opened it, it was a Chinese substitute product. Do not use this company.

I bought a hip brace for my husband who is in agony. The item is very flimsy and far too large ,asked for a refund and "to save me hassle 15% refund and give the item to charity " I have refused and will refer to Pay Pal

I think this company do not have a range of items in stock in the UK. My item, to support a hip injury, was shipped from China. By the time I received this item after 10 days my injury had recovered. The item was no better quality than similar items available at other online retailers which were selling at a much more competitive price and would have probably been delivered in a much shorter time scale, They expect returns to be shipped at buyers cost which is expensive if it has to go back to China. I would use other suppliers. Don't be fooled by a London office address into thinking you are being supplied from the UK.

Biggest scammers ever! Product doesn’t even work! Said the only way to get a refund was to send back myself (TO CHINA) and pay $56.
Offered me 15% discount to keep the product that’s now thrown in the garbage!
They are a joke!!!!

My wife purchased a 2XL/3XL hip and back support which has now become a S/M they have changed the sizes in minutes of purchase.
Also there not in London it’s 5.29am which means there in the US, honestly you can’t trust anyone.

UPDATE: The Betrer Business Bureau advised me to contact the California Attorney General. I will be doing so and I urge everyone else to do the same. From the reviews I've read here, many of us bought products to help with constant pain. Don't let them get away with this.

I bought the wrap brace they offer for sciatic support. The velcro stopped working within a month and I'm on week 3 of trying to get a refund. The product offers a money back guarantee, but they refuse.

They only post 5 star reviews to make their products look better. Stay away.
