Delivery took 15 days
Delivery took 15 days. Product is working but looks and feels rather flimsy and most likely not worth the money. Time will tell but definitely won't be ordering from Vystahealth again
DON`T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM IF YOU…
DON`T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM IF YOU WANT TO AVOID PROBLEMS! I have bought a posture corrector which is supposed to be a medical device to improve your posture. What I received is a piece of crap. Not only would not improve your posture but will damage it. I have contacted them for a return. They offered me 15, 30, 50 and 70% discount but I refused. Now I have no news from them whatsoever. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Horrible Experience with the Delivery
Horrible experience the shipping and delivery takes FOREVER LIKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS ARE U KIDDING ME? I wish I knew before ordering my product if I knew it would take this long I would have without a doubt ordered else where. I asked for a refund but it was already “too late”.
Do not buy from VystaHealth
Do not buy from VystaHealth! I wish I had read reviews from other sources and ignored reviews from their own website before I bought from VystaHealth. I bought a heat pad from them, which lasted less than 2 months then wouldn’t work. After many emails and a couple of weeks’ wait, VystaHealth would not consider a refund and wanted £20 postage for a replacement, which, considering the product was a pile of junk, I did not want! I definitely wasn’t throwing more good money after bad, as I began to realise the whole thing was a scam by then.
The heat pad is a cheap copy and definitely not worth the £45 I paid for it. Please buy your product from a legitimate seller, who can guarantee a refund if there is a problem. VystaHealth is definitely a scam site and just out to make money by charging top prices for shoddy goods and then refusing to take responsibility when they go wrong. Buyer Beware!
