Horrible Customer Service, No Response!

My experience with W1tty has been absolutely terrible. I requested a refund from Amazon, which was mistakenly sent to my closed W1tty account. Instead of returning the funds to Amazon, they credited a closed account—completely unacceptable!

I contacted customer support to resolve this, but they never even bothered to respond. No explanation, no assistance, nothing. Their complete lack of professionalism and transparency is shocking.

Worst banking experience ever!

I have money in my account, w1tty hasn’t responded to me in almost a week, I’m unable to make transfers and I need to do this before they close completely I’m in utter tears cause that’s my last bit of money w1tty is not allowing me to transfer

My school fees of €4.750 was sent to my account. Sent the money to my polish account so I can pay my fees in zloty, the money never arrived. It’s been over 4 months, no reply to any emails, tried calling but the number doesn’t go through.

This is a reminder about the termination of your W1TTY account, as previously communicated on April 23, 2024. In accordance with the Article 15(7) of the Republic of Lithuania Law on Payments and Clause 14.4 of WITTY GLOBAL UAB General Terms and Conditions, your account will cease to be active after June 22, 2024, due to the company's decision to cease operations.

You still have until June 22, 2024, to withdraw your funds from the W1TTY App. Please avoid topping up your account to facilitate a smooth redemption process. Any remaining balance after this date can be refunded upon request.

As communicated earlier, kindly note that after July 22, 2024, a 0.5% monthly administration fee will be applied until the balance reaches zero or is withdrawn.

Losed my money???

Last 23 April I receive a notification about the end of the W1TTY services. Now I want to move my money to different account and I did some transfers. The money have been deduced buy didn't arrive to the other account.

I'm really afraid about losing my money and nobody says nothing :(

Edit: I finally received my money. There was a big delay in SEPA transfers, but everything okay.

Money dissapears in this bank

Made transfer of nearly 2000 euros to this bank 28th of May, which still do not show up in the account holder's account. Sending bank sent proof the money arrived 2nd of April. Please solve this ASAP

Heartbreaking Experience with W1tty Bank: Beware of Their Deceptive Practices

I cannot express the depth of my disappointment with W1tty Bank. My experience with this institution has been nothing short of a nightmare. Over four months ago, W1tty placed a block on my account, causing immense inconvenience and distress. Despite my persistent efforts to resolve the issue, my funds remained held captive by their inefficient and callous procedures.

Just when I thought the ordeal couldn't get any worse, two weeks ago, I received a notification that my hard-earned balance had been mysteriously transferred out by W1tty Bank. This unexpected development left me reeling, as I had not authorized any such transfer.

Desperate for answers and resolution, I embarked on a relentless campaign of emails, pleading for assistance and demanding accountability. However, my pleas fell on deaf ears. W1tty Bank has callously ceased all communication, leaving me stranded and helpless. To add insult to injury, there is no available phone number to reach them, exacerbating the sense of abandonment and betrayal.

In total, W1tty Bank has callously stolen £3500 from me, plunging me into a dire financial crisis. I am now struggling to make ends meet, facing mounting bills and uncertainty about my financial future.

My harrowing experience with W1tty Bank serves as a cautionary tale to others. Beware of their deceptive practices and disregard for their customers' well-being. W1tty Bank will stop at nothing to steal your hard-earned money and leave you to fend for yourself. Avoid them at all costs, for the sake of your financial security and peace of mind.

Witty retained some money in my account (dating back a few good months now) for set reasons. They recently reached out confirming the amount but have refused to comment further even after I sent them a few emails this week. I just want my money back. It’s unfair the way they treat people.
