I ordered my favourite product from their online store and received delivery quickly and well packaged; however, there was a very easy mistake to make with the wrong shade being delivered instead. I emailed their customer support and was promptly offered a replacement and delivery. How an online store responds to its customers when there has been an error can make all the difference to the experience. My query was dealt with sincerely, quickly and efficiently, so I'll definitely be returning to their online store for future purchases, and I'd like to thank them for making the process to get in touch/query so simple.

Favourite makeup brand!
Wow, I love this brand! Ordered some bits because of the affordable price after seeing them on social media (cost of living am I right?) they arrived and I couldn’t be happier. Beautiful packaging, beautiful formulas everything sits on the face so well. Can’t recommend enough.

Snapped piece of Needle in face cookie pad
So my daughter spent her money on one of those face wash cookie pads.
She used it and ended up with a little scratch, didn't think much of it until the next day when she came down screaming she had a little puncture hole in her face and it was bleeding. After checking the item I then discovered a snapped off piece of needle, obviously when the lining was being stitched it had snapped off and they just left it in the item...
After several emails to W7 providing pictures of the needle and my daughters puncture wound they are now completely ignoring my emails. No investigation done or anything...
Emailed again asking for some sort of update and yet again it was ignored.
Will also be posting this to social media.. customer service is appalling!
