Very happy with service. My fridge freezer broke, and was proving a nightmare getting anyone to deliver next day, Argos, Very, Curry’s was all offering 4+ days. (Was first day back after New Year). It worked out cheaper with them also. Free delivery to Peterborough in less than 24 hours of ordering, removed old one, fitted new, took rubbish away all within minutes.

Highly recommended.

Fabulous service and price from Wades. The big boys like Currys could learn a lot about customer service from these guys. I ordered a pair of headphones which arrived quickly and the price was better than Amazon. Love this family run retailer.

Goods arrived promptly and in good condition. Although it was electrical so had to be wrapped in plastic, this was kept to a minimum by not using a plastic bag (which are always oversized for the product). Good price as well. Very happy.

Having had quite a job trying to find a portable gas heater online and in our local stores, particularly at a reasonable and acceptable price, I was delighted to find Wades online.
I ordered a Kingavon 4.2kW Portable Gas heater at one of the best prices I'd seen and received a first class service from Wades. I was kept fully notified of it's delivery progress. Having ordered on the Saturday, it was with me on the following Tuesday, a day earlier than originally forecast.
An excellent purchase which saves on gas central heating costs from a company I highly recommend and would have no hesitation in buying from again.

The service was friendly I was told everything I needed to know about the appliance and the store didn’t try to sell me the most expensive appliance . They sold me exactly what I needed and delivered it in 90mins 👍. Brilliant! the so called larger companies don’t offer such good service.
