Explained clearly what I could to to resolve the issues I was having

So after initial hiccups in regards to poor communication, I’ve given a fair 4 star review as Elliot managed to turn that bad experience around. The work completed by the installer is neat & tidy. After I had works completed by the electricity board, Elliot managed to book the install in within the week. I haven’t tried the charger yet, but all looks to be ok.

Ev chargers that make differance higly recomended

Moss and Eliot’s, knowledge and determination to resolve the problem which was down to my own ignorance was admirable. Nothing was too much trouble and you could actually speak to someone on the other end of the phone.

So far I wish to say how amazing this company has been ,I suffer with high anxiety and have come to them after having a bad experience with wallbox ,they have helped me through the process extremely well 10/10 and hope this level of service will continue ,Moss has been really good ,great customer skills ,I'll come back with a review on the product once installed.

Non waEV-charge Issue

Had an issue with control of the vehicle via an energy companies app. The App suggested it was the charger (which it was not). However waEV stepped up and resolved the issue within minutes. Am very impressed with the response time and the resolution.

Very efficient in dealing with all questions and installation queries although I had started the process upto paying deposit for fast track installlation due to unforeseen events with the vehicle I had no choice other than to cancel. They was very understanding and did not hesitate in refunding me the same day. I couldn’t thank them enough as I had several questions regarding installation etc and all was good upto the point were I had discovered I had been sold a lemon by the car dealer!
They wished me well and should I consider buying another EV I will sure to contact these people without a moments hesitation no constant hard sell genuine customer orientated company A real genuine company with excellent staff that are only to happy to reassure you and help through every step along the way even down to cancellation. I did consider keeping my installation but recent experience with car dealer has put me off

The engineer was really helpful and efficient. He set the EV charger in less than 30mins and connected to WiFi etc. All the agents were also very helpfu. When I first enquired, they assisted in helping me to complete the home surve. The Ev charger comes with its own app and fuse box, so doesn't add extra to the home fuse board. Would recommend

Customer service is outstanding, the time from ordering to installation was very quick.
A very tidy install onto a post I supplied from an online retailer (purpose made post for the WAEV charger)
I was previously messed around by a major company and was let down on install day because the post they measured for and ordered was unsuitable and would cost me a further £1k. So I opted for a refund and found WAEV who were excellent from start to finish.
I'm yet to use the charger and app because I don't receive my ev untill the end of the month so will update on that when I have used it.

Fast, intuitive, great communication. Got the quote on 30th of November and by 9th of December the charger was installed and it was functional and I had not pay extra for quick installation during the quote.

100% Satisfied with the installation, and the installer, Dan. He completed the task amidst torrential rain, and was very neat with the wiring. Im happy with the the EV1i, and would recommend this and the company as very good, and if youre looking for a Charger look no further, you will not regret it..
