Hi i just opened account and deposit…

Hi i just opened account and deposit son btc and after that i sold those in trading area , and i decide to drawn the money on the Link Node Card i paid for the card 19.99 i fill the form and i put all the details of the card ans request the drawn money , i received a link to my email but once click thet dont found the link , im trying to cancel the transacction now i dont where is my money no customer service jn both sides nobody answer emails

Problem

Hi. I want to know if I can have my funds back to maytbe a bank account cause the card is not supported anymore in my country and i cant use the money inside the LuxPin account. Also I have to use this money for important things, so how can i have my funds back? Thanks

(Update) Wagecan affiliate Luxpin support doing a great job

Update: it turns out wagecan and luxpin were responding immediately to my mails, just that protonmail was routing them by default to spam! I.do apologize to luxpin/wagecan, they did their job with great promptness.

Be careful. Wagecan are referring individuals to luxpin.co and Luxpin looks like a scam.

Luxpin claims that they are affiliated with Bitfinex but Bitfinex , when contacted, knows nothing about them.

I had a card from Luxpin that was lost, I cannot get any support to replace that card and without a card my funds are locked in Luxpin. They don't answer any support requests.

I used to have a really good experience…

I used to have a really good experience with WageCan till middle of February. Then my card was suspended by the card issuer (as it was finally reported by WageCan). However, I believe, WageCan should have known that my country could be in the list of countries to be suspended well before that day. They didn't inform us. I loaded a card. Then card got suspended (again, I was contacting them for several times with the problem - just to hear that all is fine and card is active....). By the way, now I have the balance left on my card (1000uscd) for almost a month. I was promised to get balance back in one week. Now already a month! And the only answer from WageCan - this delay is due to card issuer! Please, just investigate, speed up and return money to your former customer (which in fact does suffer financial losses due to conversion crypto to fiat and you earn a comission on that transaction...). Hope, I get answer on my review (i did not receive a reply for my previous one).

19/3/2019 UPDATED: the issue finally has been solved. The balance was returned by WageCan (without any additional fees and at a good rate). Thank you, WageCan. Hope, that in near future there will be a new possibility to use your services).

POOR SECURITY

POOR SECURITY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. LOST THOUSANDS OF USD. WAGECAN TRIED TO SCAM ME.

I would not use wagecan again. I have used them for about 6 months and it was working well. I loaded $1000 USD on it and did not have any problems. I loaded a larger amount of several thousand USD and then the account was drained. I still had possession of the card, so the credit card must have been stolen, perhaps through someone at wagecan.

Wagecan then said they might be able to reverse the fraudulent charges if I paid $700 for an investigation. Kept trying to get me to send them more money to do an "investigation"

I had a very large money transaction on…

I had a very large money transaction on wagecan that was declined and the transaction was placed as an unsettled transaction (even though it was well below their max limit). The money removed from my card. I asked about it repeatedly and they kept tell me the money would be refunded 60-90 days later. I patiently waited and the money has not shown up.

It's now been many months later and my money has still not been returned. I've been asking them politely to credit my money and they keep saying they are checking into the issue but nothing has been done. Terrible customer support and unacceptable. DO NOT USE ON LARGE TRANSACTIONS - BE CAREFUL.

UPDATE: The transaction amount has been finally refunded. The issue came between Wagecan being the middleman between the credit card provider and me. The process took a while but I can say that at least it was resolved and I did eventually get my money back.
