I ordered the prepaid card
I ordered the prepaid card. I received the password by e-mail and later the card by post. I was unable to withdraw money as apparently the pin code does not match the card.
More to that - I tried to make an on-line payment, but it did not workeither, as the payment was rejected by MasterCard.
No reply from support service.

CARD DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Despite the positive balance MY CARD STOPED TO WORK since more than 20 days !!!!!!!!!
Customer service is simply ridiculous - 4 messages sent in the last 10 days with no response.
This is simply unacceptable.
I don't recommend!!

Please can Wagecan advise when their transaction listing will be updated. My account was last updated a month ago.
I have emailled numerous times and the only response I get is that my email address is not on their system. My email address is on their system as I use it to sign in to my account!!!
