I pre-ordered an XL bed as my golden retriever was an anxious traveller. She has to travel in the rear of my estate car as there are children’s car seats in the back. The delivery had a couple of delays - it was not clear on the website that the product was coming from China. It did arrive eventually, vacuum packed and no explanatory leaflet. Once I got all the cushions in I realised there was very little room for a 27kg dog. However I persevered and tried to fit it in the boot of my estate car. It was hard to attach the clips to the anchor points with slightly arthritic hands, and even harder to unclip them. I had to remove the padding from the central cushion as the dog’s head was touching the roof of the car when she stood or sat up. The straps to link to her harness seem rather short and not very strong, but they have not yet been tested on a long journey. As I have a 250 mile journey coming up, I’ll be interested to see whether she is more relaxed in the dog dock than before. I hope so, as it was an expensive purchase.

Our golden retriever loves her bed/car seat. Our GR hates car journeys. She doesn’t like the motion of the car especially corners and roundabouts but she’s amazingly content in this dog car bed as it has wide padded sides so she knows she won’t fall off the seat if we stop suddenly. She’s attached with a harness and the bed is attached to the seat. She rests her head on the big cushioned sides like she does in an armchair at home. The delivery took a little while but is well worth the wait and there’s a very good video on YouTube showing how to put it together. I recommend this company 100%. Our dog Shelby has just completed a long car journey going on holiday using this bed and wasn’t as stressed as she usually is. She needs help getting in the car as it’s a bit higher with the seat but she doesn’t put ‘her breaks on’ now when we help her into the car. We’re using the bed for her to sleep in, in the holiday cottage too which is a bonus.

Due to Geo Political influences there was a delay on receiving the seat however Max was super helpful and responded to my questions.
After a long wait the seats arrived. Once it was all assembled I used it and it’s been great.

My two Dachshunds are safe and secure and I would highly recommend.

I ordered this product in June & was initially promised next day delivery. I hadn’t asked for this but the company itself had set an expectation. When it didn’t come within a few days, ‘Max’ the company owner replied to my email with a detailed explanation and an apology. I was informed that they were expecting a new shipment on 30th June and that I would receive my order soon after this. I left it more than a week after 30th June but had to email again and request a delivery date. The wording of the replies then seemed evasive and I began to suspect I was being scammed. It wasn’t a scam but for a while it felt like one. This is a shame because it is a good product (I took receipt today). I suspect the company is struggling to meet orders in a timely fashion and to meet customers expectations in these days of super fast delivery times in the U.K. However, they’d be far better being upfront and honest about waiting times from the very outset and give themselves some room for manoeuvre rather than have to reply to nervous customers who begin to think they’re being ripped off, because ultimately this is a product worth waiting for. If I had known from the start that my order would take a good few weeks to arrive I’d have waited in comfort and probably given a 5 star review

Ordered, very late delivery, emails received to say it was on its way, no instructions with the product when it arrived, however the product is very good (XL in black). I can only assume they overpromised and under delivered on their preorders and probably have been very let down by their manufacturer. Shame as the product, when you get it, is good quality and as described.

My name is Jackie’ my husband & l Allan absolutely love our cockerpoo Ruby to bits we spoil her with the best of everything, so when l was scrolling on instagram & l saw wagging rights showing a fabulous dog bed for car travel l fell in love & asked my husband Allan to buy one for Ruby & she looks so comfortable & safe on our car journeys. The great thing about this travel system is it’s securely fastened to the car seats so there is no room for movement when the car is moving. Also includes a small water bowl very cute. I can highly recommend buying from this small company xxxxxx

The real test of a company’s customer service is the way they respond when things go wrong. I’m giving four stars because when I reported a fault, the CEO stepped in and a refund followed quickly.

To be honest when the bed arrived with vacuum-packed wadding from a Chinese factory, I had my doubts. I wondered if the nice bloke in the Facebook posts was genuinely the founder and CEO or simply a front for a Chinese conglomerate.

I am now reassured that he is the founder and it is a genuine small business struggling to get going. I wish him and his team all the best to get all the technical difficulties resolved.

Ordered, 6 weeks slater still not shipped. No end of emails from them promising the world. Yet no delivery and no refund despite being promised this. Apparent technical problems their side.. I have contacted my credit card company for a refund as I have no faith whatsoever that I will receive this and speaking frankly, i don’t want it even if they offered it for free. This company is an absolute joke and potentially just there to defraud you out of your money..

Our Border Collie loves the bed in and out of the car, we were kept informed about delays during delivery but the bed is worth the wait excellent quality and looks very comfortable.

Shocking customer service if I receive my dog dock I will never buy from this company again. I have been promised more than once that it will be delivered I’ve been waiting over a month so far happy to take your money but don’t deliver the product. Stay away from them I’ve yet to see if it’s a scam.

The bed was exactly as described and is multi purpose; I bought it to calm my retriever on long journeys and it certainly helps! It is very well made, and the Wagging Rights Team are very attentive to their customers. Highly recommended.

The bed itself is excellent. Good quality, comfortable, and my dog is more comfortable in car journeys as a result. It did take quite a long time to arrive, but the communication about this was pretty good. It would have been good if it had come with instructions though.

Cannot fault wagging rights, the product is brilliant, the service has been good and very responsive. My dog seems to be doing a lot better in the car thanks to the car seat.

Delivery stated to be a few days. Didn't arrive. Multiple emails stating that there was a delay at customs. This went on for weeks. I asked for a refund. Was sent an email offering a refund of £15 and begging me to stick with the order. I did. More weeks passed. I eventually received the bed. It seems good but I couldn't work out how to clip the bottom of the bed to the car seats and I don't have headrests in the back to clip at the top. The strap for the dog is far too short for a large dog (a standard goldendoodle). I use the strap i already have, which clips into the seat belt holder. From the other comments, it sounds like i was one of the lucky ones to actually receive a bed. If I'd pushed for a refund, I would likely have received no bed and no refund. I would never buy from this company again.

The product is well made and easy to use in the car. I love the fact that you can easily move the bed from car to house. I would give it 5 stars but shipping was a little slower than I expected.

What a wonderful multi-purpose doggie car seat. I love it and so does Blu!

I preordered 2 dog docks at the end of April and still haven’t received them. I will have to pursue a refund through my credit card company. Very disappointing.

I ordered this bed for my 16 year old Russell who is getting increasingly anxious in the car. She unfortunatly goes to work with my most days. I have tried different beds. In this one she is still panting but seems to be settiling a litte better and with the high sides towards the front and back she rides sitting or laying sideways instead of forward and seems much more secure in her car seat. I am hoping that over time when she realizes that she is secure she will relax more.

We have only taken a few short car rides and my dog seems to be more comfortable than just the seat itself or a bed. He snuggles in after adjusting & find the right spot. I appreciate the clips for attaching to the seat however his seat will forever be his seat. I was afraid of the faux leather in the Texas heat but so far it hasn’t been an issue.

It's hard to know if this is a legit company or not. Some have received their products, but I never did. I ordered the bed before a cross-country move when I would be in the car for 3 days with two dogs. It said shipping would be in 3 - 5 days and weeks later I hadn't received the bed and was moving in two days. I contacted the company to say the delivery was taking too long I needed to cancel. The next day it said it had been shipped and the (alleged) founder said he apologized for the delay and it was on his way. I told him it would be arriving after I had moved out and the new owners were at the home and to please cancel the delivery or refund me. He ignored my request and said the new owners could put the bed on the front steps and call for it to be picked up and returned. There is no way I was going to ask the new owners to do that and wasn't in touch with them. I moved, the package didn't arrive in time. I didn't receive the bed or a refund. I wouldn't deal with this company again. Very poor customer service.
