Is Wagjag a scam

Is Wagjag a scam? I have been trying to redeem a golf voucher for over 1 hour. No one at the course answers the phone. Online doesn’t work. Support at Wagjag doesn’t answer. I guess I lost my money I used to buy a voucher that is about to expire. Course is Southern Pines.

Do Not Buy Tickets with WagJag!

WAGJAG, PLEASE STOP SELLING CONCERT TICKETS IF YOU CANNOT RELIABLY FULFILL THEM.
Our tickets for the Disney Descendants/Zombies tour were purchased in March, and they were cancelled by WagJag at 1pm on the day of the concert. This is completely unacceptable.
This ruined my birthday plans with my daughter, as she was really looking forward to attending her first concert. Never again.
In the week leading up to the concert, I called 3 times and sent many emails trying to get an answer from them as to when I would be issued tickets. Never received a response, until I got a generic email the day of the concert asking if I wanted a refund or WagJag credit. Their customer service is abysmal.
Do yourself a favour and purchase elsewhere.

Unacceptable Business by WagJag - AVOID!

MUST READ IF YOU PLAN ON BUYING TICKETS! Event CANCELLED DAY OF — No Contact, No Accountability

I’m beyond disappointed with my experience purchasing tickets through WagJag for Rufus Du Sol — my favourite artist — who was finally returning to Toronto. I purchased two tickets on June 13th as a birthday gift for my brother, who flew in from Miami specifically for this concert. It was supposed to be a memorable night — instead, it turned into a complete disaster.

WagJag promised tickets would be delivered within five business days of the event. As that window closed, I sent multiple emails requesting an update and explaining this was a time-sensitive gift. I received no response — not a single reply.

By July 28th, the day before the show, I still had no tickets and no updates. I followed up again — still nothing.

On the day of the concert, I called six times during business hours and was sent straight to voicemail every time. On the seventh attempt, I finally spoke to someone who told me I was being placed on a “priority list” and would receive the tickets that day — mere hours before the event. They told me to call back if I didn’t receive anything by 3 PM.

Well, 3 PM came and went. Then 5 PM. Still nothing. The show was starting, and I had no tickets, no email, no call, and no explanation. My brother and I never got to attend the event we had planned for over a month. We were devastated.

And the kicker? The event was cancelled on me with zero communication — no email, no call — nothing. Just a surprise refund that showed up with no context or apology. This is not just unprofessional — it’s completely unacceptable.

WagJag failed on every front. Their customer service is nonexistent, their ticketing process is unreliable, and their communication is a disgrace. I would never recommend this platform to anyone — ever. Don’t waste your time or money. If you value your plans, your time, or your sanity, avoid WagJag at all costs.

#COMPLETESCAM

I purchased Cold Play tickets which they cancelled 6 hours before the show. Horrible. Wagjag communicated 3 days prior that tickets would be delivered on day of event. Do not EVER use Wagjag. I have not received my refund either. I have requested and followed up multiple times. I don't trust them and neither should you...FOR ANYTHING. Please save yourself (and your family) the hassle and heart ache.

Don’t trust them for concert tickets!

Ordered Coldplay tickets Months in advance. Promised delivery of the tickets 5 days before the event. WagJag sent an e-mail saying I would get tickets day of the event. 2 days before the concert, they cancelled the tickets. Currently Waiting for refund to be issued. Offered 2 Raptors tickets, or 2 jays tickets, or a $75 WagJag credit. We planned a trip around the concert tickets. Hotels, etc. My daughter is absolutely devastated. Out of pocket a ton of money. Just flat out shameful. It is a big company, there are inflated price resale tickets they could have purchased to make this right. They chose not to. Done with WagJag and if you are reading this, please do not support this company. WagJag if you are reading this there is still time to make it right and I will change my review.

6 frozen steaks delivered not frozen

I bought 6 frozen wagyu steaks for $125.00. They arrived thawed. I contacted wagjag by phone first, but I did not receive a response to my voicemail. Next, I emailed them, asking for a refund and saying they could have their steaks back!. I got a response asking for a photo of my thawed steaks. I don't know what a photo will prove as frozen looks the same as thawed in a photo. Anyway, that's the last I heard from them. I will never buy from wagjag again!

I use WagJag for inspiration on random things to do and places to eat. They have cool things they offer like warrior factory, hibachi for dining and it's all at a discount. If you're looking for something to do, always check WagJag first

A horribly disappointing experience

A horribly disappointing experience. I was sent the wrong order and another order I placed was not delivered at all. The food I did get came in a box that was soggy and no longer taped closed due to moisture. The bag inside was unsealed. I ate the food and the chicken is mostly breading.
I was short changed the fish I ordered, so I requested a refund and asked to be advised the price difference in the chicken I was sent and the chicken I ordered. No one has contacted me, other than an email you cannot respond to stating I have an order coming this week.
Absolutely terrible customer service because I have sent 2 e mails asking for a refund and advising I dont want food from them anymore.
But you can't contact them. Their phone number just hangs up after a few minutes. I will never buy anything from Wagjag again and neither should you.

Disappointed once again

Well, way back in the spring I paid for 2 tickets for the Jays home opener. They didn't come through, stating issue with MLB portal. I did get 100% refund, that's good. I paid out of pocket to Ticketmaster for tickets for that same game.
Complained to wagjag directly. They stated the issue with MLB is fixed now.
Got a phone call from them stating they will give me 2 free tickets to any game day of my choice , just give them 2 weeks notice. They want to make me a happy customer.
May 2nd I requested 2 tickets for the May 30 game, figured 4 weeks advance notice is good enough. The game is 6 days away and what seems to be their lone employee, keeps saying they will email the owner again, and again.
Very poor business practice when you promise to come through, give ample amount of time for them to get 2 level 500 tickets, and you have to keep bugging them. If they say day of the game at 6pm there are tickets for me, I can't make a 2 hour commute to get to a 7pm game. I need at least 5 hours notice minimum to 24 hours confirmation, with tickets to be picked up at the Will Call counter.
Either admit you can't get any tickets to any sports game vs telling me to give you notice and not hear back from the owner,.who said in that phone call he'll email me from his personal email address.
IF I don't get 2 tickets in my inbox my Thurs May 29th for the next days game; I won't use their site again.

Have fun and save money!

Wagjag has always helped me save money and get great deals for my Niagara trips with the girls. The girls always appreciate it when I come through with a great wagjag deal. I never had any issues. Recently, I saved a ton on wagyu steaks for my father’s birthday. He was impressed! Love it!

I’ve been using WagJag for a while

I’ve been using WagJag for a while, and it’s a great way to save on things I’d buy anyway like restaurants, attractions, and travel. I’ve never had an issue redeeming anything, plus it feels good to support Canadian businesses while getting a great deal!

Company itself is NOT a scam

Company itself is NOT a scam, they have decent deals, but some vendors might scam you. They stopped answering my emails (were answering before) and it is hard to reach by phone. Before buying products or services, try to reach out to vendor to see if they are aware of the promo. Some items that are being sold there are being dropshipped from China (aliexpress most likely). If you are calling and don't want to deal with the hold, try extension 223. Be aware that they might hang up on you in the middle of conversation. Almost feels like they don't want to issue refunds/deal with your issues after sale is done.
