Still haven’t received package after over a week despite shipping saying only 2-3 days, no response from customer service, or way to track the package, review will change once I actually recieve the package, but still no update or sign, messaged multiple times

EDIT: If this happens to you, message their twitter account rather than customer support, they respond very quickly and very apologetic and professional. Quickly sent out my package, and will likely be arriving very soon. Will update further on product

EDIT 2: Product is really good, high quality printing and overall a nice product, seems like an honest mistake that the package came late. Overall good company, just one recommendation for them in the future
customer support email seems under reviewed to say the least, perhaps maybe link twitter as a place to ask questions rather than email?

I first found out about this incredible brand at Vexpo. Shortly after I made my first order for a cup. All I can say is how incredible I take the cup to bed with me every evening and cuddle it. I make sure I have my breakfast, lunch and DINNER in it. I never go anywhere without my cup.

Another cool thing about this company is the card game personally I'm waiting on a Director's Bunda V2 card with more cheekage on display I'm talking Director in budgie smugglers as a gold foil metal plated card. He's such a solid dude. When we met at Vexpo his greasy stench engulfed me (he had been oiled up and participated in the charity sumo wrestling match) he even spear tackled me and afterwards embraced me and allowed me to scrape some oil off into another cup. Which will eventually be auctioned off and sold for charity.

ordered the Aisha shaker, an fidget keycap keychain. both excellent quality. cant complain about shipping time since they are EU based company and im in the US, and i already knew it would take a bit to get to me. but i absolutely love them, and i cant wait for my waifu wars booster box from the kickstarter to arrive!

I love the shaker I bought, and I want to buy more! I also had a bit of a problem with the customs on my end, but I absolutely LOVE the product, its really good quality, looks nice and its extremely good in general.

Couldn’t ask for better service and items came sooner than expected

They managed to fix a missing order of mine.

I placed 2 orders 1 for 2 pre-order shakers and LudmilaVT shaker. After a week i got an email that LudmilaVT one had shipped and it arrived fast! the quality of the shaker and the print on it is top-notch i have 0 complaints! i can happily wait for the 2 pre-order ones now with the shaker i got knowing that i wont be dissapointed when they are ready.

I love Mila. I'm glad you guys allowed the chance for me to have a cup and a shirt with her face on them.

While I do enjoy the shaker I receive from them. My only problem was the constant waiting and unknown progress of my order. It lead to the point where I had to confront them about this. After back and forth seeking answers from both them and USPS I was finally given my shaker. I don't know if it was really the postal office's fault or their's, but if I'm ever going to buy any of their other products again in the future I hope to never have this issue again.

Don’t fall short of expectations guys a real good customer service and quality merchandise

I've been still waiting on my cup and it never came in. I reported it in thinking that this can get handled right away and I'll have my cup and I still to this very day don't have it all so I'm not very happy about this.

Love the shaker design. The blender design works wonderfully.

Great quality print on the cup!

The packaged arrived super quick, and the item was well packaged. Seems decent quality, though a little leaking around the lid at times. Though it's barely noticeable.

My experiences are good, i needet invoice beacuse of borders, they kindly send it. Faster shipment then I expected.

My experience with waifu wares has been great so far, the owner is nice and is in constant communication with the community and will go above and beyond to help out if there's any issues with your order.
