From initial discussions of buying my property to move in day, the service was exceptional! Ashley helped me with everything as I was new to this process on my own. He was down to earth and very approachable, made the house move much easier knowing I had someone to contact for any issues I had! High recommend!

Made an appointment to meet with Viv at the Dursley office. From the very start, Viv was professional and sent us all the relevant home details. Called us on the day of the visit to advise on where to park. Viv is down to earth and so personable and has so much experience and knowledge of the area and about homes in general. Will always return calls and is such an asset to the company. With other house builders we have not experienced the same, and with such a great welcome and a lovely experience, Viv needs to be recognised for such great customer service and care 🫶🏻🥰😍😘🥳👏 Thanks Viv - we will be back very soon! xxx

Ashley and the team at kingsley manor have been excellent. Nothing too much trouble. Ashley helped us all the way through our buying process. Danny has been there for any issues we had with house. Can not fault any of them great customer service.

My experience buying a Wain Homes house on Kingsley Manor has been exceptional from start to finish. I am a first time buyer and I was supported from start to finish by Ashley. He was a huge contributing factor into why I fell in love with the plot. His bubbly bright personality charmed me and my family to want to look round and he was an unbelievably great point of contact during the sale of my house. I was very much a novice to the house buying process, making it as easy as possible by chasing solicitors for me to aid in speeding up the process. He has also continued to be a kind face since I have moved in. He is a real credit to your organisation! I had several snags with my house which were reported to the site managers Dan and Chris, both of them were so accommodating to the fact I worked from home. They organised for my snags to be resolved seamlessly to remove me having to be so involved on top of my busy work schedule. Both have been so willing to get things sorted with no push back or complaints and all my snags have been completed within a very reasonable time frame to suit my work schedule. They have even arranged for things to be done when I have been working away from home etc to make my life easier. Again, fantastic members of staff which have all contributed to my positive experience buying a Wain Homes house. I would 100% buy another Wain Homes house, the specifications on my home are outstanding. I did not get ripped off for any crazy extras which is a common thing you hear with many new build builder. My house came at a fantastic specifications which was included in the asking price with grass for my garden, oak doors as standards, carpets etc. I am so unbelievably happy here.

From initial enquiry to completion of my new property, the sales team were friendly, approachable and always willing to answer my questions/queries. The would give me regular updates as to stages of build and would manage any issues promptly. Now completed I am so happy with quality of my home. And the aftercare has been excellent

The sales team at Trevemper have been absolutely wonderful as we've had a long hard slog with buyers messing us about and we initially lost our reserved plot as wain homes could no longer wait (understandable they had to resell the the plot afer 5 months). Niamh was professional, efficient and wonderful and was sorry and said they would keep us informed of other plots on the trevemper site. I dealt with Niamh and Kerry and while Niamh was off , kerry discussed other options to help us move. We ended up going for another plot that we are actually happier with its position on the site. This was suggested by Kerry and I was contacted immediately and my house sold and we moved in to lovely new home within 2 and a half months. The moving didn't go too smoothly as I came with cats ,early and there was a delay gettng the keys, however this was not down to Wain Homes and they really did try to accommodate me while I waited. Niamh, Kerry and Catherine have done an excellent job and were really kind and Catherine did a bit of cat sitting 😊 We love our house and thank you Niamh, Kerry and Catherine 😊 and the cats are settling in nicely 😁 so thanks guys

The Wain Homes Trevemper team were great! Niamh & Kerry were both fantastic throughout the process and always made us feel that nothing was ever too much trouble. Cath joined the team later on in the process and was also great! A great team, very efficient and helpful! Thank you!

Update: Since moving in the site team (Will, Raf and Colin to name a few) have also been fantastic. Really committed to solving any issue I've had (all have been extremely minor), no hiding behind contracts or excuses, just get straight on it to resolve the issue. On top of this the individual contractors have all been great as well!

Fantastic experience, from Anita in the sales office, to Rob and Dave (customer service and site manager). The house is definitely a home. All staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Would absolutely recommend.

Absolute joke of a developer. Discrepency with a fence line on a property that was bought on a Wain Homes estate. Brought to life when we tried to sell. The plans submitted by these amateurs to Land registry do not correlate to where the fence lines are, resulting in months and months of delays in a long house chain. Avoid buying one of these rabbit hutches like the plague.

Ashley sold us our home and we couldn’t thank him enough, he was very down to earth, made our experience buying our 1st home enjoyable and easy.

As first time buyers we’ve had a brilliant experience with Wain Homes, Viv was brilliant at answering the millions of questions we had and kept us updated constantly throughout the whole process making it as stress free as possible! Aswell as Paul who’s done a brilliant job with our house couldn’t be more please and even since moving in they have still been there to help us with anything we need.

Part exchange for a Wain homes 3 bed semi detached,
the part exchange process was long, the house is very good quality.
Thea in the sales office was particularly helpful, she professionally and promptly replied to all my enquiries during the sales process and continues to be personally helpful now with after sales service.

I visited the Wain Homes Little Keyford site near Frome to explore a property purchase recently. I wanted to say a big thank to Thea, the lady in the Sales Office on site. Thea was so patient and understanding with me, taking a lot of time to listen to my requirements for a new home, and answer all of my questions (I had a lot!). She was so professional, but personable at the same time, with exemplary customer service. Very rare today. Thank you :)

We have recently completed on our house with wain homes at lister gardens 2. We first visited the site in October 2024 on launch day and we met Viv, who has from that day to present day been absolutely fantastic in every way. She really cares about the people buying the houses and does right by you as buyers, fights your corner if needed and just all round amazing.

The house is beautiful 🤩 we had a professional snagger come to the house and they commented on how good of a house it is and only a few snags that are being dealt with promptly.

The whole team here are fantastic. Paul the site manager helps in every way possible, Nat the contracts manager has gone above and beyond - amazing and a shout to Kev who has been brilliant at helping us with the odds and sods of moving house.

The wain homes technician that came to check our leak was fantastic (Paul)! So was the customer care representative that came (Deb). Unfortunately knocked a star off due to customer service never answering the phone when you call and taking 2 weeks to respond to emails. The plumber they sent was also about as much use as a chocolate tea pot (Darren) wasted a lot of time and never came back when he said he would. He refused to carry out the work as he said it was a ‘big job’ to remove the toilet? Insisted that the leak was by the front door despite it being dry there. The leak was from the toilet, the wain homes technician came back and waited whilst a different plumber came and fixed it. He then replaced all the skirting boards and repainted. If only the tradesmen were as good as the Wain homes technicians!

Throughout the whole process we have been supported and guided by the members of staff at the development (Kingsley Manor).They (Ashley in particular)were helpful in allowing us to view not only the show homes but also unoccupied homes of different styles to aid with our house choice. During the sale process, which proved to be lengthy and very stressful, we were supported by Wain homes regularly. They helped to chase the chain, contacted us with updates and allowed us to measure up in our home numerous times before exchanging. Since moving, they've been there when we've needed anything, they've been round to talk through appliances etc in our home, have weeded our lawn and reassured us to make contact with any issues at all. We are really pleased with the effort and our beautiful home. We will definitely be recommending Wain homes to others and cannot thank Ashley enough for all of his help throughout the process!

They were so friendly, approachable, and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure everything was right. It’s rare to come across people who combine professionalism with such a warm, helpful attitude — but these two definitely did. Really appreciate all their help!
