From start to end I have had excellent experience especially with sales lady Thea. She has always been respectful and helpful. Always willing to help in any way she could. The property is well built but does lack a bit of storage space. But generally a lovely property that I am very pleased with. The location is great not to far from the town and plenty of places to visit. Customer service are quick and efficient at getting snagging results solved.

We had booked for someone to come and look at the fence in our garden. Paul arrived over a week early to check the garden for us to make sure he would have all of the resources required. He quickly realised he would be able to resolve the issue for us today and went to get what he needed. Paul had been to our house before and remembered my partner and our dog which was lovely. He fixed what needed repairing for us and went above and beyond to even fix the gate which I hadn’t realised there was an issue with! Excellent quick and friendly service. Thank you Paul!

I have just moved into a new build house on the Wainhomes development at Higher Trewhiddle in St.Austell.Weather conditions had delayed completion.However,Michelle Salter and Simone in the sales office have done a marvellous job keeping us informed as to the progress of the build.When building conditions returned Michelle & Pete the site manager combined forces to get the job done.Even after completion,we've been contacted as to how we were getting on.

From our first visit to Kingsley Manor, Ashley made us feel at ease and explained all our options to us in simple terms and with no pressure.
He even pulled all the stops out when our buyer had an issue that would have prevented us purchasing the plot we had really set our hearts on.

As young first time buyers we couldn't have asked for a better experience with Wain Homes. We bought our home at Lister Gardens 2 and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
Viv and Andrea were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available if we had any questions. They also recommended a great local solicitor which helped make the process even easier. From reservation to completion within 6 weeks, they made everything feel stress free.
We are absolutely thrilled with the quality of the house and the attention to detail. Some of our favourite features like the open plan shaker kitchen, the under cabinet lights, solid wood doors, choice of bathroom tiles, lots of USB and ethernet sockets and recon brick exterior all make our home feel extra special. Even family and friends in the trades have commented on the high standard of workmanship. After snagging, we only found two very minor issues which the customer care team resolved quickly.
The local area and neighbours have also been fantastic. Overall, we've had such a positive experience and been very well looked after by the whole Wain Homes team (particularly Viv!). We would definitely recommend Wain Homes.

Michelle and Simone have been excellent throughout the whole buying process keeping me fully informed with progress. Was also able to air my concerns which Michelle got resolved very effectively.
My property was pushed through the build process and has a few missing items but the site manager is working closely with me to ensure they get resolved effectively.
Overall very happy dealing with Wain Homes and would recommend them.

Recently moved in on the paddocks site in Preston, unfortunately when I moved in my initial experience was not what I expected due to pressure from the sales team prior to completion, then a rushed key hand over and lots of snags being found within days of getting the keys, however this initial negative experience was completely turned around by the site manager (Dave)and quality manger (Lynsey).
Lynsey worked tirelessly to ensure all snags were rectified as soon as possible. All snags were rectified over 3 weeks bringing the house to the standard it should have been at handover.
Due to a busy work schedule I ended up leaving a key with site so that works could be carried out as soon as possible. Throughout the works I was kept up to date with the plan for each day, and every measure was taken to ensure that there was no damage to any personal belongings & that the house was tidied after the works had taken place.
Lynsey has turned what started off as a negative experience, into a very positive experience. I have now been able to start settling into my new home knowing that all issues have been resolved to a high standard.
Lynsey’s efforts over the recent weeks have been outstanding, and have left me happy with my choice to purchase from wain homes.

We recently had a faulty front door which wasn’t closing correctly due to a faulty screw and letting in a draft, wainhomes came out on numerous occasions to assess and make it right & eventually replaced the door for us , which was greatly appreciated as we had a newborn

We purchased our wainhome 4 years ago in calder view catterall. Over 20 months ago, sub contractors turned up and dug up a section of our approach road,apparently to carry out repairs to a pipe in the wrong position. They eventually infilled the area with gravel , despite loads of correspondence with wainhomes they have failed to complete the work.
As a follow on from the above comments, it is now 22 months and still waiting. All the information requested was resubmitted as requested. Eventually they accepted that this repair had been overlooked. Regardless of this admission, no work has been attempted. Perhaps no one wants to sign off on this work, has the underground works been put right? I suppose we will only find out if Lancashire fire and rescue attempt to access water in a emergency!
