Item was no where near as described or in photo. Material, design totally different. I waited a long time for it. I informed them about the issue with the dress and although they said to return it, it was too much of a waste of time and money and unnecessary hassle. Following posted review on trust pilot I have been offered refund. So changed from 1 star to 3.

Highly rated customer service, highly trustworthy!
Their customer service is simply outstanding. Always a call alway, and ready with an email read before attending my call, no matter how quickly after writing an email I called them.
Very polite and understanding customer service. I am delighted to have placed an order with them and would definitely be soon ordering from them again.
There was an issue with my order, they refunded the complete amount without taking the item back. Even when I insisted for them to charge me, they didn’t. That’s very rare.
Thank you for opening such a wonderful business with such fabulous customer service. You’re serving the community pretty well. Thanks again! We’re delighted to have you Waislamaa! :)

Good service
I have placed an ordered and wait for delivery but when i didn’t get. I contact with them via email and they have replied by saying they don’t have in stock they ask me to wait or if i want refund.so I asked for the refund if they don’t have in stock and they have refunded as quicker.
The owner have called me today about delaying reasons, as he was very sorry about delay and out of stock reasons i m really happy with his customers service and quick response on refund process Thankyou and good luck .
