I find this exercise very relaxing

I find this exercise very relaxing, I've kept it up apart from 2 days where I was at work on long shifts....
But I do enjoy and hope to continue, too early to see any sign of change on my body...

This is a totally over-priced app with…

This is a totally over-priced app with little to no value. It automatically enrolls the purchaser in a payment plan that charges every month unless you're reading all the MANY emails they send you which outline how to turn off the payments. The free fitness app preloaded on my phone is better and, as I said, free.

Using WalkFit is what makes me stay…

Using WalkFit is what makes me stay with walking. There are workouts and walks and the WalkFit app tracks your progress. There are days that I don't feel like walking but having the daily walk on the app makes me do the walk and then feel good about doing it when I am done. I have been using the app for about 15 months. Once I knew that I would stick with it I paid for it annually which saved me a lot of money. I recommend Walkfit, if you stick with it you will see results.

Clear instruction and model illustration. Variety of walking exercise options. Option to select a specific class to retake out of sequence (i.e. I can select #5 of Japanese Indoor Walking 3 times each week if I wish). Receives steps data from my FitBit.

Scammers

You buy a month for 9,99. And within no time they collect 39,99 from your creditcard. I did not ask for this. So I hope that I've been clear that they WILL NOT do this because I WILL get some Legal actions!
So People be aware. This is a SCAM.

Loving it

Loving it! .only two weeks into it. So far I am really pleased and find the workouts fun and because they are short I can manage to do at least two each day.

It was a good warm up

It was a good warm up, I am disabled in one foot, but I managed to do exercises, if it gets too hard I will use my stick, just for the support from going on one foot. I FEEL GREAT, I will not give up.

Pricing policy

You cannot speak to or email anyone. It’s all AI
you won’t be reminded that your subscription( that I did not realise I had signed up to) is about to renew. 40 pounds later(monthly renewal) no chance of getting it back but when I cancelled my subscription I was offered an 82% discount but on continuing with my cancellation I was offered a whole year free!!
So you can’t get a refund but they will give it to you free if you decide to leave. Wasn’t prepared to take the chance and be scammed out of another 40 pounds!

I love that the workouts are different…

I love that the workouts are different every day. It's easy and not strenuous. The fact that its short is a blessing. I have more energy,I even sleep better. It's like my lungs are open. I'm not so out of breath anymore and my heart feels great. So I would recommend this exercise to anyone who wants to feel and look better. Michelle
