easy to understand and practice …

I expected the training to be… more specific to obtain the body promised when offering the app.

I expected the training to be different. The TaiChi experience only viewing the vídeo are too difficult for me. Instead I preferred other applications on the same app as the fitness and the Tai Chi Walking, the boxing steps and Japanese Walking training.

My Garmin doesn’t register my steps…

My Garmin doesn’t register my steps with your app and if I forget to add them nightly my steps are not counted .
I am doing YouTube workouts daily as well. So For this last few days I do workout on app then do 45 minutes cardio, strength and stretches each day.

Wow what a Nice app

Wow what a Nice app. Simple, easy to follow, clear and and fun. 10 minutes and it makes a great change! I recommand. I have pain to my back and i am able to follow the exercices gently and softly witout more pain. 🤩

Overall, good steps app …

I like that it gives me a goal and allows me to track my days. I don’t like that I can’t manually enter my own goal or that it takes so long to update when walking laps.

Total bait and switch

Total bait and switch. There are so many people who shared the same experience as I had. Some random unknown $74.95 charge through PayPal that just appeared one day. Just a hard lesson in clicking on advertisements. SCAM
