I love the workouts because they are doable. I already have more energy. I have my 3 year old granddaughter doing them with me. She loves it too.

They are thiefs l. You sign up for a month trial for £9.99. A trial being a trial not a long term commitment.
The when the trial ends they take another £39.99 out of your account without even sending a request or a reminder that your time is coming to an end and would you like to renew.
Now they say no to a refund.
Just thiefs praying on busy lives. If I had got a request I would have said no to continuing.

Way too expensive after the initial sign up month and they went ahead and billed me for the next month 4 times amount for the initial sign up month in 2 minutes after asking me if I wanted to continue by email
Didn’t give me a chance to even respond 😡
They did later cancel my subscriptions .. I will have to keep an eye out that the refund does go thru 🙏

Not only did I agree for a £9.99 tai chi walking plan but I have been hit today with no notification a subscription of £39.99 has been taken out of my account without my permission.
To make matters worse I tried to contact the company to discuss and they flatly refused a refund but offered a full year of free use of the App(?) when I declined this offer they closed my chat with a message to say that somebody would contact me via email… which I am now waiting on. My recommendation is to stay clear as this feels like a scam to get £50 out of me for an initial interest in a related activity.

I like the length of the sessions. It encourages you to to do it daily because of it's length. Some days I have more time...can the session be repeated?

Reply from WalkFit
Advertisement says 7 minutes a day.....which is length of the little workout. But then it says get 4600 steps a day......which is way more time!
Everything I have bought online with glorious advertising....turns out to not be what it says....Scammy!!!! I will continue doing this program...but right now don't have a pedometer. So I am getting on treadmill at Sr exercise center.... For 5 or 10 minutes a day.

It goes to fast so takes a while to understand the exercise then it goes onto the nx one!

Some exercises are difficult for my age. Results are not as quick as advertised.

Even though it has only been 4 days I feel like my posture and nalance has improved. The walking has been a bit of a challenge because the temperature is over 80 outside. I may have to use my elliptical today si ce the temperature is predicted to exceed 95 degrees.

I hard a fantastic exercise though its 7 minutes per an activity, I felt the heat at the end with the last exercise. The stretch was quite intense considering i havent worked out in a long while, however the warmup from the beginning really helped. I can confidently say it shall end in praise at the end of the 12 weeks I subscribed to

For me this company is a con. I bought a Walking Thai Chi package for £9.99 it's not a great routine as it's repeats the same exercise and stops and starts weirdly, but for £9.99 is a prompt to do my exercises.
But WOW a £39.99 subscription fee landed in my account yesterday. I've never used anything else on the app. I never received any info about a membership or subscription, if there was any it was cleverly hidden.
PayPal refunded me. Today the cheeky buggers sent a letter saying on this occasion they would refund. The letter ends with a statement that I should not share information. This final line confirmed for me it was a subscription con. I might be old but I can still stick up for myself
