Really enjoyed using the app. The routines are encouraging and easy to follow.

Love that you've given me the ability to add steps outside of the program. Love all the variety of exercises and challenges. Wish there was more flexibility in the plan settings. It jumps too quickly every Sunday. It would be nice to be able to keep the settings a few weeks longer, maybe a month at a time rather than a week. I'm trying this for the long haul, not just a short give it your all effort.

I enjoy the 28 day work outs but wish it was an option to keep going with the same program rather than picking a new one or hav5to repeat it which means starting over rather than moving on to 25, 20 or 30 minutes of exercise.
I also wish there were a food and beverage intake monitor and a way to add other workouts and activities like housework or playing with my grandkids.

Lymphatic flow exercises girls seem almost robot like no personality showing, There is AI directing us and annoying music. It would be better not to have music so we could play our own. The other workouts I do see nice personalities. It is very expensive after initial payment and it piggy backs other programs like my Apple Watch to get info. Also WalkFit doesn’t have an app to use on smart TV. I have belonged to other programs that have an app for smart TV, constantly new content and a lot less expensive. I have Apple Fitness that tracks my workouts and such so once my 3 months is up I will cancel. I don’t have or want to spend $90. Every three months.
If you haven’t exercised before it may benefit you. I have exercised most of my life and none of this makes me sore. I get soreness working out with a free lady named Lucy Wyndham-Read on YouTube.
The app also doesn’t connect and communicate with my other devices. My phone doesn’t have my completed workouts but my IPad does because I have a mirroring app to watch on my TV. Watching the workouts on the TV mirroring isn’t great either.
Also the filming of Tai Chi, as a beginner, is tough to follow because the filming zooms into the feet and make it difficult to follow because you are moving arms and legs. So you miss what is happening above the feet.
If you’d like a good example of a good workout program with great apps check out BodyFx.

Easy to join. Simple instructions. Walks & workouts broken down into bite size chunks. Good motivational content.

It was very easy to get the App. Unfortunately I was unable to continue with it
The company was extremely helpful and returned money to me.
Not many honest companies about these days

Was easy to join. Get the App. Do it in my own time. At home. Achieving the 7 minutes is awesome. Love that I can watch the trainers show me how to do the exercises. It feels great to be achieving this. I look forward to the end of my 28 day challenge. And will sign up again for sure! Thank you so much.

The app is simple to use and I can link it to my TV screen. I like the workouts (easy to follow), although they do sometimes cut off a bit abruptly at the end.

I am loving this app. The workouts make you sweat but they aren't intense. I've lost 3 lbs since starting a week and a half ago. Worth it all the way.

The app is not user-friendly. The log-in is clumsy. When I do get on, it tries to give me options that I do not want. It tells me I've finished one session, when I haven't even started. I demand a refund.Total disappointment.

I signed up for the initial 90 days, but made a note to cancel by the end of the 90 days to ensure I did not renew if I was dissatisfied. Unfortunately, I was unable to use the site, so I canceled.
I wa still charged the renewal fee. When I attempted to 'chat' with the site, all I got was an AI auto-chat, and I had to get a code emailed to me to continue. It took several requests for assistance just to get the code, and then I was offered a loop of 'would you like to subscribe for a year' at a reduced rate. When asked for a person to speak with, I was advised I would receive an email in a 'few hours,' and it's been almost a full day and NOTHING. They make it signing up easy with false promises, and then even if you cancel - they still charge.

I been the site, but decided it was not worth paying money, that I do not have to be told to do what I already do. So I did not sign up.
I then discover that £49.95 has been deducted from my account by Walk-Fit.io Adn.
So I have contacted them and asked how they got my details and asked for a refund and I am told I am not entitled to refund.
So I contacted my bank who got my money back for me.
Scammers, thieves, keep well away from the site.

Absolutely brillant. Enjoying which makes you want to continue. Any body could do this, I've been doing with my foot in a fracture boot. And can still do it. Give it a go nothing to lose

Well, at 77 years if age and never having exercised in my life I have found your work-outs brilliant & a great motivation. While I find it difficult to get the opposite leg & arm in sync I'll just keep working on it. The fact that I can watch the video while working out is great. I have a replacement hip, 1 lung, 1 boob & a damaged oesophagus so I hope that this will inspire others to keep at it. Liz
