I bought two pairs of walking boots…
I bought two pairs of walking boots from here and both pairs, the soles came apart after two months.
A defect was there, the company asked for proof and I sent photos, and was given a full refund. Great customer service.

They sent me defected boots and uncomfortable which got damaged after 5 uses and can’t use them anymore, asked for refund no response.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Walk London, Ordered 7 pairs of Monk strap shoes in the sale for my groomsmen and the quality is brilliant. the delivery was fast and easy and the boxed are so smart. unfortunately one of my groomsmen asked for a size that ended up being too big, sadly the sale had ended to contacted customer services to see if they could offer an exchange for the right size , Frankie from customer services was very helpful and patient with me to get the right size ordered at the same price.
