Will not return - scammers
Honestly so disappointed with the service. I order shoes that I tried on in the house only for a few mins. I decided they were not right and sent back. I was then informed they had been rejected due to scuffs on the bottom of the shoes. I did not check the bottom of the shoes when I received but I did only wear them inside for minutes. I would not recommend anyone buyer from these.

We want to clarify that all returned items are carefully inspected by our returns team for QC and designer if any concerns regarding the condition arise.
In this case, the shoes were returned with visible scuffing to the soles, which means they no longer met our returns policy for items in resaleable condition. While we understand you only tried them on indoors, even brief wear can mark the soles depending on the surface.
It’s important that all customers check items carefully upon arrival and ensure they remain in unworn condition if a return might be needed. We aim to be transparent about our return guidelines, which are available at the time of purchase.
We appreciate your feedback and regret that we couldn’t meet your expectations on this occasion. If you believe there’s been a mistake in the assessment of your return, feel free to contact our customer service team.
Cannes boat shoes.
I ordered the Cannes boat shoes and the Sadler loafers. Both beautifully made shoes. The loafers weren’t quite for me but the Cannes boat shoes I ordered in a size above but it turns out I needed my normal size.
Easy experience returning the shoes and so glad I found these boat shoes. Beautiful and cannot wait to wear them on holiday.

Company desinterested to post items to customers. Postage taking ages and even telling you your address wrong and once calling customer service they dont care and not wven trying to solve it. Almost a month my order hanging with no care of anyone, only they say when we will get order back if it will not be delivered than call us and we will sort a refund maybe. Not trustable company at all! Be careful!
Also details provided is correct address but they will blame others not even checking online that is correct address. Lets see how many more months will take to get refund or I will need to get Bank involved for not follwoing terms and conditions
They lying that someone tried to deliver when I have CCTV and no one even tried to deliver. Now they telling go to collect your order when it was placed for DELIVERY (5th July) and asking to travel to collect 16th July, and online telling FAST delivery. And every time changing their story.

We have further looked into this for you and can see from the Royal Mail tracking provided that the parcel is presently available at a local customer service point for collection after an unsuccessful delivery attempt at the address provided.
If the parcel has not been collected and exceeds their retention deadline, this shall be returned to sender which once received we shall be able to process a refund for you.
We appreciate this can cause some frustration but is something which is fully outside of our control and hope to get this all swiftly resolved for you.
