Walk the Storm Reviews 

I have bought a rain jacket through this company, unfortunately it's a size small. I like the jacket, just trying to change the size. I have tried to reach out to them several times via phone (left a message on their answering machine) sent an emails but they have not replied or even acknowledged any communication.
It's a real shame as I didn't want to write this review.

I have now bought several items on line from Walk the Storm. Their customer service is simply outstanding and nothing is too much trouble to ensure that you are entirely happy with your purchase. I can highly recommend them

Good product . Delivery on time

5* all round. Delivery was super fast, quicker than I was expecting, but the real bonus was that my coat was less than half price than anywhere else. I was sure that 'it sounded too good to be true', but no! Coat is perfect and just what I wanted. Thank you!

The fella that I spoke with was brilliant at advising me on the sizing of my purchase , so so helpful & they have an extensive range of products . As I said FABULOUS.

Excellent customer service. The size I ordered was rather generous. I had no problem to contact the company over the phone, which is a lovely surprise as this is often impossible when ordering online these days!
I received a smaller size to try on within a couple of days with a return label already included. All free of charge. Perfect. Thank you very much.
