Where to start.

Allen is the guy if you have a challenge.
Last year we contacted Allen with regards to getting a mortgage, the sale didn't end up going through but it still became apparent that there would be a few 'hurdles' to overcome when we did want to proceed with a mortgage application. This year our search for a house continued, after 2 estate agents looked into the mortgage for us we were given a straight no within an hour without them even digging a little deeper (the estate agents in question advised that they prefer you to use their mortgage providers to make the process 'easier')

We then viewed a house which would be sold through a private sale, this is where Allen came to the rescue and quite literally worked his socks off for us to get us the right lender.
Allen has been there from start to finish with no stone left unturned.
We are due to complete on our house buy in less than 2 weeks and we can't thank him enough.

I would recommend Allen to absolutely anyone. If there is a mortgage advisor that can help with a difficult case it is definitely him!

Colin and his team have been fantastic with our remortgage, which wasn't an easy one. When my sister pushed me to talk to colin I was a bit apprehensive due to my age and only having ex amount of savings. Colin was very approachable and made me feel at ease and wouldn't make any judgements against me. He talked me though the process and took all my details of my financial history to my credit score etc. He was very honest and upfront with me. He came back to me about a week later with an offer that surprised me and said he could push for a.higher one if needed. As it happened I didn't need to. I trusted Colin with sorting everything out for me from the mortgage to life insurance and solicitors. He took the stress away and controlled my path to buying my first house. It felt like I was part of the wallace family in the end and not just a customer. I would HIGHLY RECOMEND wallace finance for mortgage advice and definitely ask him to sort everything out for you. I just couldn't believe how easy buying a house was and even with a few hiccups Colin just took all the stress away for me and sorted things out in such a calm collective manner that I didn't have nothing to worry about. We joined the First Time Buyers Club, which involved Colin talking through the process of buying a house step by step which calmed any anxieties we had. Colin was able provide us with support, information, and all we needed for the process and was with us from start to finish. Colin tailored his services to our needs, requirements, and funds, with the ability to meet us on a personal level. For example, I have a husband with severe heart disease and Colin was able to share with us in a sensitive manner how to manage risks within buying a house, as well as the possibilities for us. He also after sifting through various insurers, was able to insure my husband (which we thought this would not be possible). Colin and Poppy were approachable people and were able to support us overcoming difficulties in the process. As a dyslexic they also supported me with completing forms and understanding information. We have our keys and home now, but Colin and the team are still there to support us. They are reliable, committed, efficient, professional, honest, thoughtful and a hard-working team and again I would recommend them 100%.

After being diagnosed with cancer, I didn't think I'd be able to find affordable life insurance. Deborah went above and beyond to understand exactly what it was we wanted. I never felt pressured and the whole process was friendly, personalised, friendly and professional.
