Deborah was an excellent mortgage broker for us. She is very knowledgeable on all aspects of mortgage advice and if there was anything she was unsure of, she made it her job to find that information out. For example, she was honest about not having expertise in finance but pointed us in the direction of trusted financial support. She was kind, informative and efficient which is exactly what we needed as first time buyers.

Hiring Colin Wallace for independent mortgage advice was the best decision we ever made! This man went above and beyond for us for 2 years! We had all sorts of non starters and issues, I'm sure anyone else would have given up on us, but Colin has become a close friend now. He's a mortgage wizard! We decided to get some advise from Wallace Home Finance about what kind of position we would be in as first time buyers earlier on in the year. Fast forward a few weeks and we decided to put an offer in for our first home, soon to realise that we might’ve not been in such a good position as we thought; though we were heart set and put every last penny we had together for the deposit. Being a first time buyer, i didn't anticipate how much went into actually buying a house.
