Leather and quality of work is lovely, disappointed with the plastic card sleeves, quite loose in the wallet, plus one of the pockets split 2nd time of removing a card.

Delivery was quite slow. Item smelt strongly of vinegar on receipt and inside the packaging was wet. Reported but unexplained.

Hi, My wallet has finally arrived and i am absolutely delighted with the quality it is exactly what i was hoping for.... only criticism would be the time that it took to arrive from Malta !!

Excellent customer care! I had problems with my delivery, but Walletking then immediately sent me a replacement product. And in the end also the first product arrived later so the problem was clearly the post service messed up this shipment.

But excellent service from Walletking with argument made sure I was a happy customer. Can recommend them to anyone that is considering to purchase somthing. And also the product was nice so I am very satisfied.

This is the email response I received after still waiting for my order, it’s not acceptable. Customers have the right to find out where their order is especially if money has been paid and cleared funds before goods arrive.
Your timescales are wrong and don’t use the covid19 as an excuse..I have ordered online through this pandemic and goods have arrived on the time that has been specified.
Either change your delivery times or change the individual that has been emailing me.

Estimated delivery time is 3-10 working days in your case 7-18th may … I dont know if you dont read the mails. we mail you and told you that
there can be delays in the delivery because of Convid-19 ! if there is delays in the delivery then it will arrive later then 18th may.
We know there can be delays and when there is delays it use to be a few days only.. 2-4 working days

There may also be a risk that some deliveries may take longer than usual because of Covid-19!
