The company replied to my email immediately and within a couple of days I received the samples of tiles I’d requested.

Product was delivered on time , as per the sample provided. Good quality and good variety of panels.

Ordered a sample which arrived promptly. Good follow up with a few questions regarding fitting etc.
Ordered Acoustic Panels which arrived as specified. All panels in good condition. An extra 5% was offered when purchasing. This was not applied at checkout. I contacted Walls and Floors and within a couple of days I was credited the 5%. Completely satisfied with the complete ordering and delivery process.

I spoke to the customer service once to help with a quote and second as I needed to order more tiles, the lady I spoke to was great and very efficient. I did have a broken pack of tiles but as I used some for cuts they refunded 50% back for the pack. Very good quailty and price. Thank you.

I didn't like the fact we paid for slabs that were actually not available. Then had to choose alternatives.
Then delivery was a nightmare but eventually received. Not the easiest of purchases.

Good value, good delivery service

Delivery was fast and I was kept informed all through the process . The tiles are great and I’m about to order .

Dealing with these is like being on an episode of Fawlty Towers!

Tiles had been on order for around 3
weeks, possibly longer, delivery timed for a couple of days before the tiler was due to start. We then get a call the afternoon before delivery day to say the tiles were not in stock, how on earth does that only become apparent the day before?

We were told we could have a refund or choose another tile, it’s Bank Holiday weekend so no chance of a refund reaching our account in time to get new tiles for the tiler coming, Grace who we spoke to had zero understanding or empathy for this, also offered another tile which was 3x more expensive, but we would have to pay full price 🤣

After going to check what could be done we got a call back from Grace, good news she said, they could supply 81 of our 185 tiles with the rest to follow in 3 months 🤣 left with no option we chose the same tile in another colour, not our 1st choice but Grace couldn’t accept we were being forced into this.

They tell you that you will get a text with a 2 hour delivery window, we got a text at 07:36 saying delivery will be between 06:39 and 08:31. Is it really that hard to notify people the day before a delivery that arrives at 08:30 on a Saturday? And it’s not really a 2 hour window when an hour of it has already passed 🤣

Then of course damages are found on delivery, right in the middle of a pallet that had clearly been picked by someone, of the packs had all 4 tiles smashed into a mosaic, but of course they would never knowingly send out damages 🙄 when you call and share pictures of damages you’re then questioned and made to feel like you’re lying or trying to scam them (Grace again) maybe they judge people by their own standards?

Eventually got agreement to ship replacements for damages but this whole experience has been a nightmare, and we haven’t ended up with the tiles we wanted, not even a mention of any offers of compensation for poor service by the way, but from a company capable of all this, can you really be surprised?

Maybe they could consider some customer service training for staff, it’s certainly needed!

Maryam provided excellent customer service throughout what became a fairly complicated issue with my acoustic wall panel order.

The original panels I received were noticeably different in finish from the sample I had ordered, and this caused delays and inconvenience as I had already arranged for the installation work to be carried out. Maryam was consistently helpful, polite and responsive throughout the process. She took the time to check the batches with the relevant team, arranged collection of the original panels, sent me a fresh sample from the current Smoked Oak batch, and then organised the replacement panels once I confirmed I was happy with the finish.

Unfortunately, a few of the replacement panels arrived with scratches/chipped damage, but again Maryam dealt with this quickly and arranged further replacements from the same batch, which arrived in perfect condition.

What impressed me most was the way she continued to take ownership of the issue until it was fully resolved rather than passing me around or making the process unnecessarily difficult.

Issues with orders can happen, but good customer service is about how those issues are dealt with, and Maryam handled everything professionally from start to finish. Very grateful for her help and would definitely recommend her customer service , oh and the panels are great 😊
