Walls and floors have a good variety and colours. I got 5 samples that I thought will suit my entrance.
Good quality and nice colours. Then I bought the light oak variable width one. It turned out fantastic. Everyone who steps in the hallway loves it.
Website is very easy. Delivery on time.

Second time we've ordered tiles from Walls and Floors, local to us, prices are very competitive. Showroom staff are helpful. Online ordering simple, shows how many they have in stock, excellent updates and tracking. No problems both times with the tiles, all in perfect condition, very helpful delivery man. We needed an additional 4 tiles, later on, so phoned them for this small order to collect next day. Again no complaints, very helpful and efficient, showroom telephoned to advise tiles were available for collection at 3pm, as stated. Would definitely recommend them.

Amazing, Panels are solid quality, one did arive damaged in shippinga nd they replaced it immediately. Maryam was a pleasure to speak to and sorted the issue near enough to instantly! Will absolutely use again!

Very disappointing delivery experience

Unfortunately, I won't be buying from Walls and Floors again.

There was no clear warning when I ordered that this would be a kerbside-only delivery. When the tiles arrived, the driver refused to help move them and was prepared to leave the entire heavy pallet, complete with the tiles, at the kerbside for me to deal with. He even started looking at his phone!

For a company selling extremely heavy products such as tiles to domestic customers, this is simply not good enough. If a delivery is going to be left at the kerb and the customer is expected to move everything themselves and deal with the pallet afterwards, this needs to be made very obvious before payment, not discovered when the delivery arrives.

I was left in an incredibly difficult position trying to work out how I was supposed to move such a heavy delivery.

A really stressful and disappointing experience. I won't be purchasing from Walls and Floors again and, based on my experience, I couldn't recommend them.

Good communication, timely delivery, good quality of items. No complaints.

Ordered my living room panels which are excellent quality I reordered some samples for feature wall in bedroom again excellent but not buying yet just need ideas for colour but will use again and recommend Walls and Floors for quality reasonable prices and good delivery service happy customer 😊

Product is decent, arrived timely, when I had issues they resolved it quickly and kindly.

On time delivery, excellent service. We had to return some extra slabs and they accepted the return and refunded money on time. I will highly recommend it.

Great company have now bought composite fencing which is yet to go up but I know will be of good quality and look amazing. Previously bought acoustic wall panelling and been very happy .
